Abstract

A high degree of public health can be realized by achieving the goals of health development, one of which is reducing the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). Midwives can contribute to reducing MMR and IMR by providing quality continuity of care. The purpose of this case study is to find out the results of care given to women "WW" from the pregnancy age 15 weeks 5 days till 42 days of postpartum. The case determination method used was through interviews, examinations, observation and documentation, starting from August 2022 to March 2023. The pregnancy proceeded normally with standardized care of 10 T .Vaginal delivered without complications, Kala 1,2,3,4 and neonatus are given according to APN and are ran within normal limits. During the puerperium, they were cared for according standards where the process of uterine involution, lochea discharge, lactation and psychology took place within normal limits. The growth and development of the baby runs physiologically and is cared for according standards. Midwives must provide quality care, according to standards, continuous and integrated with complementary care while still paying attention to aspects of local culture so that the care provided is minimal, optimal and of good quality.
