Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DENGAN PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK SAMBILOTO DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KUTA UTARA TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis atau TBC adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis di paru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mampu mendeskripsikan Asuhan Keperawatan Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru Dengan Pemberian Ekstrak Sambiloto di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuta Utara Tahun 2023. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan deskriptif, pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01 sampai 03 Maret 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data pengkajian pasien mengeluh sesak napas, batuk tidak efektif disertai sputum berlebih, terdapat suara napas tambahan ronkhi, pasien tampak gelisah, pola napas dan frekuensi napas berubah, RR:26x/menit. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hipersekresi jalan napas. Rencana keperawatan meliputi tujuan dan kriteria hasil dengan luaran bersihan jalan napas meningkat, label intervensi keperawatan manajemen jalan napas dan latihan batuk efektif. Implementasi keperawatan memberikan terapi pemberian tablet ekstrak sambiloto. Evaluasi keperawatan yang didapat setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x30 menit yaitu bersihan jalan napas meningkat. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pemberian tablet ekstak sambiloto mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, diharapkan pemberian tablet ekstrak sambiloto secara rutin agar lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Kata Kunci:Tuberculosis Paru, Ekstrak Sambiloto, Bersihan Jalan Nafas Tidak Efektif AIRWAY CLEAN NURSING CARENOT EFFECTIVE IN TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTSLUNG WITH GIVING EXTRACT SAMBILOTO IN THE WORK AREA NORTH KUTA HEALTH CENTER YEAR 2023 ABSTRACT Tuberculosis or TB is a disease caused by infection with the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria in the lungs. The purpose of this study was to be able to describe Ineffective Airway Clearing Nursing Care for Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients By Administration of Sambiloto Extract in the Working Area of the North Kuta Health Center in 2023. The study used a descriptive design, a case study approach which was carried out from 01 to 03 March 2023. The results of the study shows the study data the patient complains of shortness of breath, ineffective cough accompanied by excess sputum, there are additional breath sounds crackles, the patient looks restless, breathing patterns and respiratory frequency change, RR: 26x/minute. The nursing diagnosis is ineffective airway clearance related to airway hypersecretion. The nursing plan includes goals and outcome criteria with increased airway clearance outcomes, airway management nursing intervention labels and effective coughing exercises. Nursing implementation provides therapy for giving Sambiloto extract tablets. Nursing evaluation obtained after nursing care for 3x30 minutes, namely increased airway clearance. The conclusions from this study, giving Sambiloto extract tablets are able to overcome ineffective airway clearance, it is hoped that giving Sambiloto extract tablets regularly to be more effective in dealing with ineffective airway clearance problems.
