Abstract

Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are normal processes experienced and desired by a woman. Midwife is one of the health workers close to the mother especially during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum that can provide comprehensive and continuous services and care in accordance with the standards and authority of a midwife. This care aims to determine the development of mother "MR" from gestational age 38 weeks 5 days to 42 days of puerperium. This case study uses primary data and interview results as well as secondary data taken from doctor's check book and KIA book. Results of care that has been done is found during pregnancy the mother has mild anemia. Labor was spontaneous at 39 weeks' gestation 3 days with an indication of neonatal emergency. The process of involution, discharge of lochea, and lactation process are physiological. It is expected that students, mothers and family can apply good care to pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, and infants Keywords: Midwifery Care, Pregnancy, Labor, Postpartum, and Newborn Masa kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas merupakan proses normal yang dialami dan diinginkan oleh seorang perempuan. Bidan merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang dekat dengan ibu terutama pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas yang dapat memberikan pelayanan serta asuhan yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan sesuai dengan standar dan kewenangan seorang bidan. Asuhan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Ibu "MR" dari umur kehamilan 38 minggu 5 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Studi kasus ini menggunakan data primer dan hasil wawancara, melakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan observasi, serta data sekunder yang diambil dari buku periksa dokter dan buku KIA. Hasil asuhan yang telah dilakukan ditemukan pada masa kehamilan ibu mengalami anemia ringan. Persalinan berlangsung secara spontan pada umur kehamilan 39 minggu 3 hari dengan indikasi kegawatdaruratan neonatal. Proses involusi, pengeluaran lochea, dan proses laktasi berlangsung fisiologis. Diharapkan mahasiswa, ibu, dan keluarga dapat menerapkan asuhan yang baik untuk ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, dan bayi. Kata kunci : Asuhan Kebidanan, Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas, dan Bayi Baru Lahir
