Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF ATTITUDE OF WOMEN OF RELIABLE AGE ABOUT EARLY DETECTION OF CERVIC CANCER WITH METHOD IVA IN THE WORK AREA OF PUSKESMAS III DENPASAR SELATAN YEAR 2022 ABSTRACT Cervical cancer is cancer caused by HPV infection which is transmitted through sexual contact. In 2020 in the world the incidence of cervical cancer is 604,127 cases. The prevalence of cancer incidence in Bali Province is 2.3 per 1000 population. Based on data from the South Denpasar Health Center III, the number of women of childbearing age who will carry out an IVA examination in 2021 is 4.7%. This study aims to determine the attitude description of women of childbearing age about early detection of cervical cancer with the IVA method in the work area of Puskesmas III South Denpasar in 2022. The type of research used is a descriptive research type with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in April 2022. The sample used was 91 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that from 91 respondents, most of the characteristics of women of childbearing age were in the age range of 20-35 years (53.8%), high school education / vocational school as many as 54 people (59.3%), 33 people worked as IRT (36 people). ,2), multipara parity as many as 65 people (71.5%), and most women of childbearing age have a negative attitude as many as 53 people (58.2%). Pada tahun 2020 di Dunia angka kejadian kanker servik sebanyak 604.127 kasus. prevalensi kejadian kanker di Provinsi Bali sebanyak 2,3 per 1000 penduduk. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan ya jumlah wanita usia subur usia yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA tahun 2021 sebesar 4,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Sikap Wanita Usia Subur Tentang Deteksi Dini Kanker Serviks dengan Metode IVA Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan april 2022. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 91 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 91 responden sebagain besar karakteristik wanita usia subur berada pada rentang umur 20-35 tahun (53,8%), berpendidikan SMA/SMK sebanyak 54 orang (59,3%), bekerja sebagai IRT sebanyak 33 orang (36,2), paritas multipara sebanyak 65 orang (71,5%), dan sebagian besar wanita usia subur memiliki sikap yang negatif sebanyak 53 orang (58,2%).
