Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF URINE CULTURE IN THE COMMUNITY AROUND GALIC C IN GUNAKSA VILLAGE, DAWAN KLUNGKUNG DISTRICT IN 2022 ABSTRACT Background: Based on data from the total community in Klungkung, which is 179,900 people, there are 3653 cases diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). In 2020 there were 579 new cases. In addition, with the condition of excavation C, which still lacks attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene, the authors are interested in conducting research in Gunaksa Village, Dawan District, Klungkung which is focused on the community around Excavation C to see Description of Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) in Gunaksa Village, Dawan District, Klungkung. The purpose of the study: to determine the characteristics and description of urine culture in the elderly around excavation C in Gunaksa Village, Klungkung. Examination method: the method used is urine culture. This study uses a descriptive form of research by conducting laboratory examinations. The sample size in this study were 20 subjects with a sampling technique that was purposive sampling technique. Result: Based on laboratory examination, 1 respondent (5.0%) indicated symptomatic UTI or urinary tract infection with symptoms. And as many as 19 respondents (95.0%) had no indication of UTI. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the highest growth was 1 x 105 CFU/ml and the lowest number of bacterial colonies that grew was 1 x 103 CFU/ml. Conclusion: Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that urine culture results were the standard for diagnosing urinary tract infections, 1 respondent was infected with urinary tract infections from a total of 20 respondents. So it can be concluded that the people living around Excavation C have taken care of their health and personal hygiene. Keywords: elderly, urinary tract infection.   GAMBARAN KULTUR URINE PADA LANSIA DI SEKITAR GALIAN C DI DESA GUNAKSA KECAMATAN DAWAN KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Berdasarkan data total masyarakat di klungkung yakni 179.900 jiwa terdapat 3653 kasus yang didiagnosa Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK). Pada tahun 2020 kasus baru sebanyak 579. Selain itu dengan keadaan galian c yang masih ada yang mana masih kurang memperhatikan kebersihan dan personal hygine membuat penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian Di Desa Gunaksa, Kecamatan Dawan, Klungkung yang difokuskan kepada lansia di sekitar Galian C untuk melihat gambaran mengenai Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) Di Desa Gunaksa, Kecamatan Dawan, Klungkung. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan gambaran kultur urine pada lansia di sekitar galian c yang berada di Desa Gunaksa Klungkung. Metode pemeriksaan: metode yang digunakan adalah kultur urine. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian deskriptif dengan melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 20 subjek dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Hasil: Berdasarkan pemeriksaan laboratorium didapatkan sebanyak 1 responden (5,0%) terindikasi ISK simtomatik atau Infeksi Saluran Kemih dengan gejala. Dan sebanyak 19 responden (95,0%) tidak terindikasi ISK. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan telah ditemukan tumbuh tertinggi sebesar 1 x 105 CFU/ml dan jumlah koloni bakteri yang tumbuh terendah sebesar 1 x 103 CFU/ml. Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan hasil kultur urine yang merupakan standar baku untuk mendiagnosa penyakit infeksi saluran kemih, didapatkan 1 responden yang terinfeksi infeksi saluran kemih dari total 20 responden. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa lansia yang tinggal di sekitar galian c telah menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan diri. Kata kunci : lansia, infeksi saluran kemih.
