Abstract

MIDWIFE CARE FOR MOTHER "SR" AGE OF 29 YEARS MULTIGRAVIDE FROM 35 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY 1 DAY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM The Case Study was carried out in the Work Area of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Puskesmas II, North Denpasar District Health Office in 2022 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium are physiological things experienced by a woman, if not handled properly it will become pathological. In this final report, the author aims to determine the results of midwifery care given to 29-year-old multigravida "SR" mothers from 35 weeks of gestation 1 day to 42 days of puerperium. This case study uses data collection techniques through interviews, examination, observation, and documentation. The results of the care obtained that the pregnancy of the "SR" mother did not take place physiologically because the pregnancy was overdue, the delivery of the "SR" mother took place physiologically in accordance with the standards of midwifery care. Postpartum conditions which include the process of uterine involution, lochea expenditure and lactation during the puerperium are normal. The growth and development of babies goes physiologically. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the development of "SR" mothers during pregnancy did not take place physiologically, labor, postpartum, and newborns took place physiologically. Keywords: Midwifery Care, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Newborn Neonates   ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “SR” UMUR 29 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 35 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI DENGAN 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara Tahun 2022 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas merupakan suatu hal yang bersifat fisiologis yang dialami oleh seorang wanita, jika tidak di tangani dengan baik akan menjadi patologis. Pada Laporan Tugas Akhir ini penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan pada ibu “SR” umur 29 tahun multigravida dari umur kehamilan 35 minggu 1 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Studi kasus ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil asuhan yang didapatkan bahwa kehamilan ibu “SR” tidak berlangsung secara fisiologis karena kehamilan lewat waktu, persalinan ibu “SR” berlangsung secara fisiologis sesuai dengan standar asuhan kebidanan. Kondisi nifas yang meliputi proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi berjalan secara fisiologis. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh dapat disimpulkan perkembangan ibu “SR” selama kehamilan tidak berlangsung fisiologis, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir berlangsung fisiologis.
