Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. “YS” 26 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 21 WEEKS OF GESTATION TO 42 DAYS OF POST PARTUM Care is Carried Out in the Work Area of Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Health Office North Denpasar I Community Health Center ABSTRACT Untreated nausea and vomiting in the first trimester can cause complications, so comprehensive and continuous midwifery services are needed through the Continuity of Care (COC) approach. The purpose of this report is to determine the results of the implementation of continuous midwifery care for Mrs. "YS" aged 26 years old primigravida, from 21 weeks of gestation to 42 days of postpartum. The method used is a case report with data collection through interviews, physical examinations, and documentation. The results of care show that during pregnancy Mrs. "YS" received services according to the 12T standard without complications. Labor lasted normally for 11 hours, with the first stage lasting 8 hours, the second stage lasting 20 minutes with the baby born spontaneously, the third stage lasting <30 minutes, and the fourth stage in a stable condition without bleeding. The postpartum period proceeded normally with good uterine involution. Neonatal care showed the baby's condition was healthy, well adapted. In family planning services, the mother chose implant contraception. The conclusion shows that the implementation of Continuity of Care was optimal. It is recommended that health workers continue to improve comprehensive services and that mothers and families actively participate in maintaining maternal and infant health. Keywords: Continuity of Care, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Neonate ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY “YS” UMUR 26 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 21 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis D aerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara Kota Denpasar Tahun 2026 ABSTRAK Mual muntah pada trimester awal yang tidak ditangani dapat menimbulkan komplikasi, sehingga diperlukan pelayanan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan melalui pendekatan Continuity of Care (COC). Tujuan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan secara berkesinambungan pada Ny. “YS” usia 26 tahun primigravida, dari usia kehamilan 21 minggu hingga 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah laporan kasus dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi. Hasil asuhan menunjukkan bahwa selama kehamilan Ny. “YS” memperoleh pelayanan sesuai standar 12T tanpa komplikasi. Persalinan berlangsung normal selama 11 jam, dengan kala I selama 8 jam, kala II selama 20 menit dengan bayi lahir spontan, kala III berlangsung <30 menit, dan kala IV dalam kondisi stabil tanpa perdarahan. Masa nifas berjalan normal dengan involusi uterus baik. Asuhan neonatus menunjukkan kondisi bayi sehat, adaptasi baik. Pada pelayanan KB, ibu memilih kontrasepsi implant. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Continuity of Care berjalan optimal. Disarankan tenaga kesehatan terus meningkatkan pelayanan secara komprehensif serta ibu dan keluarga aktif dalam menjaga kesehatan ibu dan bayi.
