Abstract

Asuhan Keperawatan Nyeri Akut dengan Teknik Relaksasi Guided Imagery pada Ibu Post Seksio Sesarea di Ruang Tunjung RSUD Bali Mandara Ni Putu Ayu Lily Indira Wartini Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Nyeri akut merupakan masalah keperawatan yang sering dialami ibu post seksio sesarea akibat tindakan pembedahan pada dinding abdomen dan uterus. Nyeri dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan, keterbatasan mobilisasi, gangguan istirahat, dan menghambat proses pemulihan pasien. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir ners ini adalah menganalisis penerapan terapi relaksasi guided imagery pada asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut ibu post seksio sesarea di Ruang Tunjung RSUD Bali Mandara. Rumusan masalah dalam karya ilmiah ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan terapi relaksasi guided imagery pada pasien dengan masalah nyeri akut post seksio sesarea. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, perumusan diagnosis, penyusunan intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pengkajian ditemukan pasien mengeluh nyeri pada luka operasi dengan skala 7, tampak meringis, dan sulit mobilisasi. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik post operasi seksio sesarea. Intervensi yang diberikan meliputi manajemen nyeri, terapi anakgetik, edukasi relaksasi, mobilisasi dini dan terapi guided imagery. Implementasi keperawatan dilakukan selama 3x24 jam melalui pemantauan intensitas nyeri, tanda-tanda vital, kondisi luka operasi, pemberian terapi relaksasi guided imagery selama 15 menit sesuai standar prosedur operasional, serta pemberian analgetik sesuai program terapi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nyeri menurun dari skala 7 menjadi 3, pasien tampak lebih rileks dan mampu mobilisasi secara bertahap. Disimpulkan bahwa terapi relaksasi guided imagery efektif membantu menurunkan nyeri akut pada ibu post seksio sesarea. Pain can cause discomfort, limited mobility, rest disturbances, and hinder the patient's recovery process. The purpose of this nurse's final scientific work was to analyze the application of guided imagery relaxation therapy in nursing care for maternal acute pain post cesarean section in the Tunjung Room of Bali Mandara Hospital. The formulation of the problem in this scientific paper is how to apply guided imagery relaxation therapy in patients with acute pain problems post cesarean section. The method used is a case study with a nursing process approach including assessment, diagnosis formulation, intervention preparation, implementation, and evaluation. At the assessment stage, it was found that the patient complained of pain in the surgical wound with a scale of 7, appeared to grimace, and had difficulty mobilizing. The nursing diagnosis formulated is acute pain related to physical injury agents after cesarean section. The interventions provided include analgesic therapy, pain management, relaxation education, and guided imagery therapy. The surgical implementation was carried out for 3x24 hours by monitoring pain intensity, vital signs, surgical wound conditions, providing guided imagery relaxation therapy for 15 minutes according to standard operational procedures, and providing analgesics according to the therapy program. The results of the evaluation showed that the pain decreased from a scale of 7 to 3, the patient appeared to be more relaxed and able to mobilize gradually. It was concluded that guided imagery relaxation therapy was effective in helping to reduce acute pain in post-cesarean section.
