Abstract

Comprehensive midwifery care according to standards from pregnancy to the postpartum period is one effort to reduce AKI and infant AKB. The purpose of this case study is to determine the results of care provided to mothers "NT" from pregnancy to the postpartum period and newborns according to standards. The method of determining cases through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from May 2025 to October 2025. During the antenatal period, the pregnancy progressed physiologically according to the 12T standards, accompanied by complementary prenatal yoga and brain booster. In the intrapartum phase, labor proceeded physiologically with a duration of stage I of three and a half hours, stage II of thirty minutes, stage III of five minutes, and monitoring of stage IV of two hours. Complementary care included lavender aromatherapy and efflurage massage. The baby was born in good condition, with a strong cry, active muscle movement, a weight of 2900 grams, a SHK result of 6.5 Mu/L, and a PJB result of 96% for the right and 98% for the left. Neonatal care included infant massage as a complementary therapy. During the postpartum period, uterine involution, lochia, and lactation proceeded normally, supported by oxytocin massage. The mother chose an IUD as a contraceptive. Care was provided in accordance with standard obstetric procedures in a comprehensive and continuous manner, demonstrating the effectiveness of the COC approach combined with complementary therapies. Health workers are expected to provide obstetric care in accordance with obstetric service standards and follow government programs Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif sesuai standar dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “NT” dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir sesuai standar. Metode penentuan kasus melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan mei 2025 sampai Oktober 2025. Selama masa antenatal, kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis sesuai standar 12T disertai komplementer prental yoga dan brain booster. Pada fase intrapartum, persalinan berlangsung fisiologis dengan durasi kala I: tiga setengah jam, kala II: tiga puluh menit, kala III: lima menit, dan pemantauan kala IV: dua jam. Asuhan komplementer aromaterapi lavender dan masasege efflurage. Bayi lahir dalam kondisi baik, tangis kuat, gerak otot aktif , berat 2900 gram, hasil SHK 6,5 Mu/L dan hasil PJB kanan 96% dan kiri 98%. Asuhan neonatus deterapkan pijat bayi sebagai terapi komplementer. Selama masa nifas, proses involusi uterus, lokia, dan laktasi berlangsung normal, didukung dengan pijat oksitosin, Ibu memilih kontrasepsi IUD. Asuhan diberikan sesuai standar prosedur kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan, menunjukkan efektivitas pendekatan COC yang dipadu dengan terapi komplementer. Petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan serta mengikuti program pemerintah
