Abstract

Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided for early detection to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of the mother and baby and is expected to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates (MMR) and infant mortality rates (IMR). This report aims to determine the results of care provided to mother "TS" from 16 weeks of gestation to 42 days of postpartum care, who was provided with standard midwifery care. This study uses a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care was provided from March to October 2025. The development of mother "TS"'s pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period proceeded physiologically. Therapy was adjusted according to the collaboration and referrals that had been made. Complementary care was also implemented well according to the mother's needs. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications. Stage I lasted 3 hours from 7 cm dilation, stage II 25 minutes, stage III 5 minutes and monitoring of stage IV within normal limits. The baby was born immediately crying, active muscle tone, reddish skin and birth weight 3100 grams. The process of uterine involution, lochia discharge and lactation during the postpartum period proceeded normally. The entire pregnancy process through to the postpartum period in mother "TS" proceeded physiologically. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards to monitor and detect complications during pregnancy, labor, the postpartum period, and the baby. It is hoped that healthcare workers, educational institutions, and the author can implement and improve the quality of midwifery services, and that pregnant women can gain experience from the care provided for future pregnancies. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Newborn, Postpartum, Baby Asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan diberikan untuk mendeteksi dini untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta diharapkan dapat menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “TS” dari usia kehamilan 16 minggu hingga masa 42 hari masa nifas yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Maret sampai Oktober 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas ibu “TS” berjalan fisiologis. Pemberian terapi disesuaikan dengan kolaborasi dan rujukan yang telah dilakukan. Asuhan komplementer juga diterapkan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan ibu. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung 3 jam dari pembukaan 7 cm, kala II 25 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3100 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “TS” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan, institusi pendidikan, dan penulis dapat menerapkan serta meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kebidanan dan ibu hamil mendapatkan pengalaman dari asuhan yang diberikan untuk kehamilan berikutnya.
