Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER "KA" AGE 23 YEARS PRIMIGRAVID FROM 17 WEEKS 5 DAY OF PREGNANCY TO 42 DAYS OF POST-POSTAGE Case Study Conducted in the Working Area of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Selat Health Center ABSTRACT Comprehensive midwifery care according to standards from pregnancy to postpartum is one of the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR. The purpose of the case study was to determine the results of the implementation of Midwifery Care for a 23-year-old primigravida mother 'KA' and her baby who received Continuity of Care midwifery care according to comprehensive standards from 17 weeks 5 day. The methods used were through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from May 2025 to september 2025. During pregnancy, they received antenatal care according to minimum service standards of 12T plus USG. The mother had not had a complete laboratory test in TW 1, but it had been done in TW 2 with normal results. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications with 60 Normal Delivery Care steps. Complementary care received by mothers during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum is prenatal yoga, cat cow pose, brain booster, warm water compresses and also using olive oil and VCO, massage effelurage, kegel exercises. Complementary care for babies is baby massage. During pregnancy until postpartum, it takes place physiologically. Midwifery care during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, is in accordance with standards and authority. Midwives must always provide midwifery care according to standards because it is very important to monitor and detect complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies. Tujuan studi kasus untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan Asuhan Kebidanan pada ibu ‘KA’ umur 23 tahun primigravida beserta bayinya yang menerima asuhan kebidanan Continuity of Care sesuai standar secara komprehensif umur kehamilan 17 Minggu 5 hari. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari Mei 2025 sampai September 2025. Selama kehamilan mendapat asuhan antenatal sesuai standar pelayanan minimal 12T ditambah USG. Ibu belum test laboratorium lengkap di TW 1, namun sudah dilakukan di TW 2 dengan hasil normal. Ibu bersalin secara pervaginam tanpa komplikasi dengan 60 langkah APN. Asuhan komplementer yang didapat ibu selama kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas yaitu yoga prenatal, cat cow pose, brain booster, kompres air hangat dan juga menggunakan minyak zaitun dan VCO, massage effelurage, senam kegel. Asuhan komplementer untuk bayi yaitu pijat bayi. Pada masa hamil sampai nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan pada kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, sudah sesuai standar dan wewenang. Bidan harus selalu memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar karena sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
