Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER "KH" AGED 30 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 18 WEEKS 5 DAYS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care provided from pregnancy to postpartum for mothers and babies can improve health and reduce the risk of complications. This report aims to determine the results of care provided to mother “KH” from 18 weeks 5 days of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum and newborns. This study uses a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care has been provided from April to October 2025. The development of the pregnancy of the mother "KH" was physiologically carried out with a low-risk status and complementary care provided, namely prenatal yoga and massage effleurage. The delivery process takes place physiologically and is supported by massage effleurage to reduce pain The baby was born crying immediately, actively moving and weighing 2,900 grams and IMD had been carried out and was successful in the first hour. The process of uterine involution, lochia discharge and lactation during the postpartum period were normal. The care of the baby of mother “KH” for 42 days has implemented the principles of asah, asih, asuh and good baby growth and development. It is hoped that midwifery care is provided according to standards as an effort to monitor and detect complications and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Baby, Complementary ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KH” UMUR 30 TAHUNMULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 18 MINGGU 5 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan secara komprehensif sejak kehamilan sampai dengan nifas pada ibu dan bayi dapat meningkatkan kesehatan serta mengurangi risiko komplikasi. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “KH” umur 30 tahun dari umur kehamilan 18 minggu 5 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan telah diberikan sejak bulan April hingga Oktober 2025. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “KH” berjalan fisiologis dengan status risiko rendah serta asuhan komplementer yang diberikan yaitu prenatal yoga dan massage effleurage. Proses persalinan berlangsung fisiologis dan didukung dengan massage effleurage untuk mengurangi nyeri. Bayi lahir segera menangis, gerak aktif dan berat lahir 2.900 gram serta telah dilakukan IMD dan berhasil pada 1 jam pertama. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Perawatan bayi ibu “KH” selama 42 hari telah menerapkan prinsip asah, asih, asuh dan tumbuh kembang bayi baik. Diharapkan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
