Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF EARLY MOBILIZATION NURSING CARE FOR POST CAESAREAN MOTHERSWITH ACUTE PAIN IN THE MARGAPATI ROOM OF MANGUSADA REGION HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Caesarean section is a surgical procedure involving an incision in the lower abdomen to deliver a baby. Mothers may experience increased pain after a caesarean section due to the loss of pain receptors. The pain experienced by mothers causes fear of changing positions. A combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions is used to maximize the reduction in pain intensity experienced by mothers. The implementation of early mobilization as one of the non-pharmacological techniques can help reduce the pain experienced by mothers. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of early mobilization nursing care for post-caesarean section mothers with acute pain in the Margapati Room of Mangusada Regional General Hospital. Assessment obtained data from Mrs. S complaining of pain with a scale of 6. The formulated diagnosis is acute pain caused by physical injury agents. Interventions provided include pain management and early mobilization. Implementation was carried out for 4 sessions. Early mobilization showed a decrease in pain levels in post-caesarean section mothers, with subjects reporting a decrease in pain levels from a scale of 5 to a scale of 2. The conclusion of this study is that early mobilization can reduce pain levels in post-caesarean section mothers. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for nurses and midwives to implement early mobilization in managing patients with post-caesarean section acute pain. Keywords: Caesarea Sectio,Pain Acute, Early Mobilization IMPLEMENTASI KEPERAWATAN MOBILISASI DINI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA DENGAN NYERI AKUT DI RUANG MARGAPATI RSD MANGUSADA ABSTRAK Sectio caesarea merupakan tindakan insisi jaringan kulit pada perut bagian bawah dalam proses melahirkan bayi. Ibu akan merasakan nyeri lebih hebat setelah operasi sectio caesarea akibat hilangnya reseptor nyeri. Nyeri yang dirasakan oleh ibu menyebabkan ibu takut untuk melakukan perpindahan posisi. Kombinasi pemberian farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan penurunan intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan ibu. Penerapan mobilisasi dini sebagai salah satu teknik nonfarmakologi dapat membantu mengurangi rasa nyeri yang dirasakan oleh ibu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi keperawatan mobilisasi dini pada Ibu post sectio caesarea dengan nyeri akut di ruang Margapati RSD Mangusada. Pengkajian dipeorleh data Ny. S mengeluh nyeri dengan skala 6. Diagnosis yang dirumuskan yaitu nyeri akut yang disebabkan oleh agen pencedera fisik. Intervensi yang diberikan yakni manajemen nyeri dan mobilisasi dini. Implementasi dilakukan selama 4 x pertemuan. Mobilisasi dini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan tingkat nyeri pada ibu pot sectio caesarea yang didapatkan dari subjek mengatakan tingkat nyeri yang dirasakan dari skala 5 menjadi skala 2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa mobilisasi dini mampu menurunkan skala nyeri pada ibu post sectio caesarea. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perawat dan bidan untuk mengaplikasikan mobilisasi dini dalam menangani pasien post sectio caesarea dengan nyeri akut.
