Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF HOOK GRIP ROM (RANGE OF MOTION) EXERCISES IN NURSING CARE OF NON-HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENTS WITH PHYSICAL MOBILITY IMPAIRMENT ABSTRACT Stroke Non Hemoragik is a condition where the patient's blood supply to certain areas of the brain is obstructed in the long term, resulting in paralysis or even death. Narrowing or blockage of brain arteries, which significantly reduces blood supply to the brain, is the cause of non-hemorrhagic strokes. Non-hemorrhagic stroke is one of the main causes of impaired physical mobility. To minimize the occurrence of physical mobility disorders, it is necessary to implement range of motion (ROM) therapy as an alternative therapy to train range of motion and muscle strength, one of which is hook grip range of motion (ROM) therapy. The aim is to determine the implementation of hook grip range of motion (ROM) therapy in patients suffering from non-hemorrhagic stroke with impaired physical mobility at the Tabanan District Hospital. The methods used for data collection in this study were interviews and observation methods. The results of these findings show that there is an increase in range of motion and muscle strength with physical mobility problems after implementing hook grip range of motion (ROM) therapy, as evidenced by the patient being able to move his hands more freely and the patient's muscle strength increasing. The conclusion obtained after implementing hook grip range of motion (ROM) therapy was that this therapy was effectively used as a therapy to increase range of motion and muscle strength in patients who experienced impaired physical mobility. Keywords : Stroke Non Hemoragik, Physical Mobility Disorders, Hook Grip Range Of Motion (ROM) Therapy IMPLEMENTASI LATIHAN ROM (RANGE OF MOTION) HOOK GRIP PADA ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK ABSTRAK Stroke Non Hemoragik merupakan merupakan kondisi dimana terhambatnya suplai darah ke area otak tertentu dalam jangka panjang pada pasien yang mengakibatkan kelumpuhan atau bahkan kematian. Penyempitan atau penyumbatan arteri otak, yang secara signifikan mengurangi suplai darah ke otak merupakan penyebab terjadinya stroke non hemoragik. Stroke non hemoragik merupakan salah satu penyebab utama terjadinya gangguan mobilitas fisik. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya gangguan mobilitas fisik maka perlu dilakukan implementasi terapi range of motion (ROM) sebagai salah satu terapi alternatif untuk melatih rentang gerak serta kekuatan otot salah satunya terapi range of motion (ROM) hook grip. Tujuannya yaitu mengetahui implementasi terapi range of motion (ROM) hook grip pada pasien penderita stroke non hemoragik dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik di RSUD Tabanan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam studi ini adalah metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil temuan ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada rentang gerak dan kekuatan otot dengan masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik setelah dilakukan implementasi terapi range of motion (ROM) hook grip diuktikan dengan pasien mampu menggerakan tangannya lebih leluasa dan kekuatan otot pasien meningkat. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan implementasi terapi range of motion (ROM) hook grip di dapatkan bahwa terapi tersebut efekitif digunakan sebagai terapi untuk meningkatkan rentang gerak dan kekuatan otot pada pasien yang mngalami gangguan mobilitas fisik.
