Abstract
Background: Depression is a heartfelt or sad feeling that is usually accompanied by the slow motion and function of the body. Starting from the moody feeling slightly up to the helpless state. Therefore the right treatment is needed to reduce the level of depression, one of which is the Observed & Experiental Integration therapy. Aim: To determine the effect of Observed & Experiental Integration therapy on depression. Methods: The article search using two database Google Scholar and Researchgate. The articles that are searched in the period 2000-2020 are reports of research results and reviews that discuss the Observed & Experiental Integration therapy on depression. Result : The result of literature review indicated that: (1). Observed & experiental integration therapy (OEI) is therapy that uses the rationale of neuropsychology which combines neurological and psychological and (2) Observed & experiental integration therapy (OEI) is able to reduce depression beside pharmacological Streatment by using experimental method. Conclusion : The conclusion of this literature review indicates that there is an effect of Observed & Experiental Integration therapy on depression. Key words : Depression, Observed & Experiental Integration therapy.
