Abstract
HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA IBU MENYUSUI DI DESA POHSANTEN KECAMATAN MENDOYO KABUAPTEN JEMBRANA ABSTRAK ASI merupakan asupan makanan yang harus diberikan sejak bayi lahir, yang merupakan makanan pertama, utama, dan terbaik bagi bayi. Masih banyak ibu menyusui yang bekerja sehingga tidak bisa memberikan ASI eksklusif sampai berusia 6 bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI ekslusif pada ibu menyusui di Desa Pohsanten Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif korelasi dan pendekatan cross sectional, serta menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pohsanten Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana pada bulan Maret – April 2020.Teknik Sampling yang jumlah responden adalah 56 responden. HasiL penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 63,7 % responden tidak mendapatkan dukungan keluarga terhadap ASI ekslusif dan 40,1 % mendapatkan dukungan keluarga ASI eksklusif. Hasil uji korelasi Chi-Square di dapatkan p value 0,000 (p < 0,005) yang berarti terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI ekslusif pada ibu menyusui di Desa Pohsanten Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana. Dukungan keluarga terhadap ASI ekslusif sangat penting untuk tumbuh kembang bayi. Disarankan bagi meluangkan waktunya untuk memerah ASI di tempat kerja atau di rumah, sehingga ibu bekerja tetap dapat memberikan ASI ekslusif. Kata kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, ASI Eksklusif ,IbuMenyusui ii THE RELATIONSHIP OF FAMILY SUPPORT TO THE SUCCESS OF EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING TO NURSING MOTHER IN POHSANTEN VILLAGE, MENDOYO DISTRICT, JEMBRANA REGENCY ABSTRACT Breast milk is food intake that must be given since the baby was born. It is the best food for babies. There are many nursing mother who still work, so they can not provide exclusive breastfeeding until their babies are 6 months old. This research aimed to determine the relationship of family support to the success of exclusive breastfeeding to nursing mother in Pohsanten Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency. The design of this research is quantitative research design and cross sectional approach, and also using questionnaires as instruments. This research is done in Pohsanten Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency on March until April 2020. There were 56 respondents used in this research as a sample. The result of the data showed that 63,7 % respondent didn’t get family support for exclusive breastfeeding and 40,1% respondent get family support for exclusive breastfeeding. The result of Chi- Square correlation is p value 0,000 (p < 0,005), it means there is a relationship of family support to the success of exclusive breastfeeding for nursing mothers in Pohsanten Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana District. Family support for exclusive breastfeeding is very important for the growth and development of infants. It is recommended for respondents to take their time to milking milk at work or at home, so that working mothers can still provide exclusive breastfeeding to their babies.
