Abstract: Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination is a primary prevention effort that is expected to reduce the occurrence of high risk HPV infections, reduce the incidence of cervical cancer carcinogenesis and ultimately reduce the incidence of uterine cervical cancer. The cause of the high incidence due to HPV infection is the lack of family support given to carry out HPV vaccinations as well as information obtained about cervical cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with the participation of teenager girl following the HPV vaccination in Primary Schools. Correlational analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach and a sample of 70 people with a total sampling technique. Data sources using questionnaires. Based on the results of the study obtained the majority of respondents have family support with a strong category to take HPV vaccination. After testing the hypothesis using Fisher's Exact it was found that the p-value was 0,000, so the conclusion of this study was that there was a significant relationship between family support and the participation of teenager girl following the HPV vaccination. HPV vaccination is very important given to teenager girl to protect themselves from cervical cancer.
