Abstract
KAJIAN PUSTAKA HUBUNGAN ASUPAN KOLESTEROL DAN OBESITAS SENTRAL PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI ABSTRAK Hipertensi prevalensinya cederung tinggi di Indonesia. Prevalensi hipertensi dan obesitas sentral meningkat sejalan dengan perubahan gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan asupan kolesterol dan obesitas sentral pada penderita hipertensi berdasarkan berbagai literature yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2020. Data diperoleh dari 10 jurnal ditabulasi dan dianalisis. Subyek penelitian laki-laki dan perempuan penderita hipertensi. Usia sampel 18 sampai dengan 90 tahun, perempuan paling banyak menderita hipertensi. Hanya 2 jurnal yang membahas derajat hipertensi. Satu jurnal derajat hipertensi state 1 yang paling banyak (25,4%) dan satu jurnal menyebutkan derajat hipertensi state 2 yang paling banyak (56,6%) . Dari empat jurnal, tiga jurnal menyatakan asupan kolesterolnya sesuai dengan anjuran(<300 mg per hari) Jenis bahan makanan sumber kolesterol yang paling sering di konsumsi adalah daging ayam dan telur ayam. Tiga jurnal menyebutkan jenis kelamin terbanyak obesitas sentral dimana perempuan yang paling banyak menderita obesitas sentral. Dua jurnal menyatakan ada hubungan antara asupan kolesterol dengan hipertensi dan dua jurnal mendapatkan hasil yang sebaliknya. Empat jurnal mengatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara obesitas sentral dengan hipertensi dan satu jurnal mengatakan sebaliknya. Kata kunci: Asupan kolesterol, obesitas sentral dan hipertensi LITERATURE REVIEW OF CHOLESTEROL INTAKE AND CENTRAL OBESITY IN PEOPLE WITH HYPERTENSION ABSTRACT Hypertension has a high prevalence in Indonesia. The prevalence of hypertension and central obesity increases with lifestyle changes. This study aims to determine the relationship of cholesterol intake and central obesity in people with hypertension based on a variety of available literature. This study uses a qualitative approach with the literature review method. This research was conducted in May 2020. Data obtained from 10 journals were tabulated and analyzed. Research subjects are men and women with hypertension. Age of the sample 18 to 90 years, most women suffer from hypertension. Only 2 journals discuss the degree of hypertension. One journal states the highest degree of hypertension (25.4%) and one journal states the highest degree of state hypertension (56.6%). Of the four journals, three journals stated that their cholesterol intake was in accordance with the recommendations (<300 mg per day). The type of food source of cholesterol that was most often consumed was chicken meat and chicken eggs. Three journals mention the highest sex of central obesity where women suffer the most from central obesity. Two journals state that there is a relationship between cholesterol intake and hypertension and two journals get the opposite results.
