Abstract
Immunization is an attempt to create or strengthen an active person's immunity against an illness, so that when a moment is exposed to it, it will not hurt or only suffer mild pain. The purpose of this research is to know the mother's knowledge of basic post-immunization events. One of the factors that affects mothers in the incidence of post-immunization is knowledge. The purpose of this research is to know the mother's knowledge of the incidence of basic post-immunization in infants. This research is a literature research review that uses seven national journals and three international journals. The result of identifying the journal that the knowledge of the incidence of immunization events is good. One of the things that affect mothers in the management of basic post-immunization event handling is knowledge. Knowledge can be obtained through information media or environment, the participation of mothers in the efforts to take action handling of post-immunization events. For health workers are expected to conduct direct socialization of the community through counseling, so that mothers are motivated and can meet the post-immunization event handling.
