Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN POST CESAREAN SECTION MOTHER WITH ACUTE PAIN 2020 ABSTRACT Caesarean section is labor by giving birth to a fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterine wall with the condition that the uterus is intact. The problem that is commonly found in post cesarean patients is acute pain. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in post Caesarean section mothers with acute pain. This type of research used in this research is a descriptive study with a documentary study design of two post-cesarean mothers with acute pain obtained through the Poltekkes Denpasar repository. The number of subjects is two documents. The results obtained in nursing studies there are differences in the study of case results with the theory used as a reference by researchers. The documented nursing diagnosis is acute pain. Nursing interventions were not documented in the medical records of the two patients. Implementation uses formative evaluation. Evaluate nursing using the SOAP format. Based on data obtained at the Poltekkes Denpasar repository, it can be concluded that there is a difference with the theory used as a reference by researchers both from the assessment to the evaluation of nursing. Keywords: Nursing Care, Post Caesarean Section, Acute Pain GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU POST SEKSIO SESAREA DENGAN NYERI AKUT TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Seksio sesarea adalah persalinan dengan melahirkan janin melalui insisi pada dinding abdomen dan dinding rahim dengan syarat rahim dalam keadaan utuh. Masalah yang umumnya ditemukan pada pasien post seksio sesarea adalah nyeri akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post seksio sesarea dengan nyeri akut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi dokumentasi terhadap dua ibu post seksio sesarea dengan nyeri akut yang didapat melalui repository Poltekkes Denpasar. Jumlah subjek sebanyak dua dokumen. Hasil yang didapatkan pada pengkajian keperawatan terdapat perbedaan pada studi hasil kasus dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Diagnosis keperawatan yang didokumentasikan yaitu nyeri akut. Intervensi keperawatan tidak didokumentasikan di rekam medis kedua pasien tersebut. Implementasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi keperawatan menggunakan format SOAP. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan pada repository Poltekkes Denpasar, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti baik dari pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan.
