Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR ACUPRESSURE THERAPY TO DEAL WITH ACUTE PAIN IN HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS IN PUSKESMAS I NORTH DENPASAR IN 2020 ABSTRACT Hypertension is a persistent blood pressure with a state of systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure above 90 mmHg with symptoms of hypertension in the form of headaches, and pain. One of the nursing problems that arise in hypertensive patients is acute pain. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care for acupressure therapy to deal with acute pain in hypertensive patients including assessment data to evaluation of nursing in Puskesmas I Denpasar Utara. This research uses descriptive research with a case study design through 2 patient documents conducted on 2 to 7 April 2020. Based on the results of the research, it was found that assessment of both patients showed that patients complained of pain around the head and neck. In patient 1 the pain scale 3 (0-10) and patient 2 the pain scale 4 (0-10). The nursing diagnosis formulated was acute pain. Nursing planning focuses on providing acupressure therapy at 10 points to overcome pain in hypertensive patients, namely points LI11, GB20, CV12, SP6, ST36, GV20, EX HN3, LI4, GB21, LR3, 6 times a visit with 40 minutes duration. The results of the case study in the evaluation found that there was a decrease in pain intensity after being given acupressure therapy with the results of patient 1 ie the patient said he was no longer in pain with a pain scale of 0 (0-10). Paien 2 says that pain has decreased with the pain scale of 0 (0-10). Suggestions are expected patients can find apply acupressure therapy independently that has been taught by researchers and information about acupressure therapy. Keywords: Acute pain, nursing, acupressure therapy GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PEMBERIAN TERAPI AKUPRESUR UNTUK MENGATASI NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS I DENPASAR UTARA TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan tekanan darah persisten dengan keadaan tekanan sistolik di atas 140 mmHg dan tekanan diastolik di atas 90 mmHg dengan gejala hipertensi berupa sakit kepala, dan nyeri. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien hipertensi yaitu nyeri akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pembarian terapi akupresur untuk mengatasi nyeri akut pada pasien hipertensi meliputi data pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan di Puskesmas I Denpasar Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus melalui 2 dokumen pasien yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 sampai 7 April 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan pengkajian pada kedua pasien didapatkan pasien mengeluh nyeri sekitar kepala dan tengkuk. Pada pasien 1 skala nyeri 3 (0-10) dan pasien 2 skala nyeri 4 (0-10). Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu nyeri akut. Perencanaan keperawatan berfokus pada pemberian terapi akupresur pada 10 titik untuk mengatasi nyeri pada pasien hipertensi yaitu titik LI11, GB20, CV12, SP6, ST36, GV20, EX HN3, LI4, GB21, LR3 dilakukan 6x kunjungan dengan durasi 40 menit. Hasil studi kasus pada evaluasi didapatkan bahwa terjadi penurunan intensitas nyeri setelah diberikan terapi akupresur dengan hasil pasien 1 yaitu pasien mengatakan sudah tidak nyeri lagi dengan skala nyeri 0 (0-10). Paien 2 mengatakan nyeri sudah berkurang dengan skala nyeri 0 (0-10). Saran diharapkan pasien mampu menerapkan terapi akupresur secara mandiri yang sudah diajarkan oleh peneliti dan mencari informasi mengenai terapi akupresur.
