Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DALAM PEMENUHAN DEFISIT PENGETAHUAN DI WILAYAH KERJA UPT PUSKESMAS I ABIANSEMAL TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis Paru adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobaterium Tubrculosis yang menular langsung melalui udara yaitu dari percikan droplet pada saat batuk atau bersin. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang ditemukan pada pasien tuberkulosis adalah defisit pengetahuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien tuberkulosis dalam pemenuhan defisit pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini dengan mengobservasi data repository dua pasien tuberkulosis dengan defisit pengetahuan. Alat pengumpulan data berupa format asuhan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan pada pasien 1 dan pasien 2 melalui proses pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi sesuai dengan literatur yang ada. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pada pasien 1 dan pasien 2 sebelum diberikan edukasi kesehatan tingkat pengetahuan pasien kurang, pasien kurang mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan, setelah pemberian edukasi kesehatan tingkat pengetahuan pasien mulai meningkat mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan. UPT Puskesmas I Abiansemal diharapkan untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di wilayah kerja mengenai mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis. Kata kunci : Tuberkulosis, defisit pengetahuan, asuhan keperawatan DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN TUBERCULOSIS PATIENT WITH FULFILLING DEFICIT KNOWLEDGE IN THE WORKING AREA UPT PUSKESMAS I ABIANSEMAL 2020 ABSTRACT Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a contagious infectiou disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which is transmitted directly through the air, namely from droplet splashes when coughing or sneezing. One of the nursing problems found in tuberculosis patients is a knowledge deficit. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in patients with tuberculosis in meeting the knowledge deficit. The method used in this scientific paper is descriptive through a case study approach in two tuberculosis patients with knowledge deficit. Data collection tools is the questionnaires form and the nursing care form. The results showed that nursing care in patient 1 and patient 2 through the assessment process, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation was in accordance with the existing literature. The results of the questionnaire were different, patients 1 and patients 2 before being given HE (Health Education) the level of lack of knowledge after giving HE the level of good knowledge. UPT Puskesmas I Abiansemal is expected to increase counseling to the community in the work area regarding tuberkulosis. Keywords: Tuberculosis, knowledge deficit, nursing care.
