Abstract

Gastritis is inflammation that occurs in the gastric mucosa. One of the nursing problems found in gastritis patients is nausea. The purpose of this study was to describe the nursing care process from the assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. This study uses descriptive research methods with a case study design of two research subjects that were observed in depth using observation techniques, and documentation. The data collection tool used is the observation sheet. The results of the study on the assessment, diagnosis, intervention were obtained in accordance with the theory, the implementation was carried out consistently, the evaluation of the problem was resolved and the goal was achieved. Based on this study shows that there are similarities between subjects with one another who have gastritis experiencing nausea. This is expected to be an information material for health services both hospitals and health centers in providing information to patients with gastritis by giving acupresure therapy. Keywords : Nursing Care, Gastritis, Nausea Gastritis adalah peradangan yang terjadi pada mukosa lambung. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang ditemukan pada pasien gastritis adalah nausea atau mual dan muntah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan dari pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua pasien yang diamati secara mendalam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pada pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi didapatkan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yang menyebutkan gejala gastritis, diagnosis dan pengobatan gastritis, implementasi dilakukan dengan konsisten, pada evaluasi masalah teratasi dan tujuan tercapai. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan nausea pada kedua pasien yang menderita gastritis. Hal ini diharapkan menjadi bahan informasi bagi pihak pelayanan kesehatan baik rumah sakit maupun puskesmas dalam memberikan informasi terhadap penderita gastritis dengan pemberian terapi akupresur.
