Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsumsi lemak dan status gizi pada remaja putri dengan menarche dini dan tidak menarche dini di SMP N 10 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross-sectional dengan 77 sampel. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah independent sample t-test dan mann whitney u-test sesuai dengan sebaran data yang diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sampel yang mengalami menarche dini sebanyak 81,3 % sampel memiliki tingkat konsumsi lemak kategori lebih dan 18,8% sampel kategori normal sedangkan sampel yang tidak menarche dini sebanyak 33,3% sampel kategori lebih, 46,7% sampel kategori normal, 4,4% sampel kategori defisit tingkat ringan, 4,4% sampel kategori defisit tingkat sedang dan 11,1% sampel kategori defisit tingkat berat. Status gizi sampel yang mengalami menarche dini sebanyak 46,9% sampel memiliki status gizi kategori normal, 31,1% sampel kategori gemuk, dan 21,9% sampel kategori obesitas, sedangkan sampel yang tidak mengalami menarche dini memiliki status gizi sebanyak 8,9% kategori kurus, 86,7% sampel kategori normal dan 4,4% kategori gemuk. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa: ada perbedaan bermakna antara konsumsi lemak remaja putri dengan menarche dini dan tidak menarche dini (p=0,000); dan ada perbedaan bermakna antara status gizi remaja putri dengan menarche dini dan tidak menarche dini (p=0,001). Kata kunci: konsumsi lemak, status gizi, menarche The purpose of this study was to determine differences in fat consumption and nutritional status in adolescent girls with early menarche and not early menarche in SMP N 10 Denpasar. This type of research is a cross-sectional study with 77 samples. The statistical test used was independent sample t-test and mann whitney u-test in accordance with the distribution of data processed. The results showed that the samples had early menarche as much 81.3% of the sample had a higher category of fat consumption and 18.8% were in the normal category while sample had the not early menarche as much 33.3% in the higher category, 46.7% in the normal category , 4.4% of the mild deficit category, 4.4% of the moderate deficit category and 11.1% of the severe deficit category. The nutritional status of samples early menarche as much 46.9% of the sample had normal category nutritional status, 31.1% of the more weight category, and 21.9% of the obese category, while the sample that not early menarche had a nutritional status of 8.9 % in the thin category, 86.7% in the normal category and 4.4% in the fat category. Based on the analysis, it is known that: there is a significant difference in fat consumption of adolescent girls with early menarche and not early menarche (p = 0,000); and there was a significant difference in the nutritional status of adolescent girls with early menarche and not early menarche (p = 0,001).
