Abstract
CORRELATION OF LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDE AND HOUSEHOLD BEHAVIOR IN IMPLEMENTING 3M PLUS WITH THE EVENT OF DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER IN THE VILLAGE OF SABA DISTRICT BLAHBATUH GIANYAR REGENCY ABSTRACT Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever health problem caused the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Efforts to break the chain of causes DHF by routinely implementing 3M Plus. Purpose study to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of housewives in implementing 3M Plus in Saba Gianyar Village. Type of descriptive research with case control analysis method. Total Sampling technique. Sample cases amounted 51 and control 51. Data collection using observation sheets, questionnaires, Google forms and analyzed with chi square statistical tests and calculation of coefficient contingency (CC) and OR (Odds Ratio). Chi square test results showed a relationship of DHF events with Knowledge (p = 0,000 CC = 0.572 OR = 0.009 <1) Attitude (p = 0,000 CC = 0.516 OR = 0.015 <1) Behavior (p = 0,000 CC = 0.533 OR = 0.048 < 1). Conclusion that there relationship between the level of knowledge of attitudes and behavior of housewives in implementing 3M Plus with the incidence of dengue in Saba Village, Gianyar Regency. Suggestions for housewives to routinely carry out 3M Plus, for Puskesmas Blahbatuh II is better to increase health promotion regarding the implementation of 3M Plus.
