Abstract
Health Promotion in the school environment is very effective because schoolchildren are easily accessible targets because they are well organized and are an age group that is sensitive and easy to accept change. The purpose of this study is to determine differences in knowledge of attitudes and actions before and after Health promotion using a video display of diarrheal disease in elementary school students. This type of research is a type of Pre Experimental research with One Group Pre test - Post test Design. The results of the study (p value of knowledge, attitudes and actions of elementary school students in the effect of the intervention through the screening of videos about diarrheal diseases. Suggestions that can be given arethe need for attention for health promoters to pay attention to the media used so that the information to be conveyed can be received easily so as to increase knowledge of attitudes and actions of elementary school students regarding diarrheal disease.
