Abstract
Sewing is a job that has been occupied by both individuals and business convection. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of sitting position and length of work with complaints of low back pain in tailors in Panti Gede Hamlet in 2020. This type of research is analytic correlation with a sample of 50 tailors. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of interviews and using questionnaire sheets. Based on the results of the chi square test of sitting position and length of work with complaints of low back pain obtained p = 0,000 at α = 0.05 with the coefficient of contingency (CC) sitting position is 0.490 (moderate) and the coefficient of contingency (CC) length of work is 0.616 (strong). These results statistically show that there is a relationship between sitting position and length of work with complaints of pain under the tailors in the Panti Gede Village in 2020.
