Abstract

ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “DP” UMUR 33 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 20 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan diberikan untuk mendeteksi dini untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi. Tujuan laporan mengetahui hasil asuhan pada ibu “DP” dari kehamilan 20 Minggu 4 hari sampai 42 hari nifas. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan yang diberikan saat kehamilan trimester I sebanyak satu kali, trimester II sebanyak empat kali, dan trimester III sebanyak tiga kali. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada trimester I dan trimester III sedangkan pemeriksaan laboratorium belum sesuai standar karena pemeriksaan dilakukan pada trimester II dan trimester III. Standar pelayanan kebidanan meliputi 12 T serta prenatal yoga dan stimulasi brian booster. Persalinan berlangsung secara normal lama kala II 14 menit, tidak ada komplikasi pada kala III dan kala IV asuhan yang diberikan sesuai standar dan juga memberikan ibu pijat oksitosin dan endorphin agar ibu merasa rileks, kontraksi baik, dan ASI yang keluar lancar. Bayi lahir lahir sehat, tidak ada kelainan berat badan lahir 3300 gram, panjang badan 51 cm bayi diberikan asuhan komplementer berupa pijat bayi setiap sebelum mandi . Nifas berlangsung normal sampai 42 hari diberikan asuhan dengan metode SPEOS. Ibu memilih menggunakan KB IUD sebagai metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang karena ibu sudah tidak ingin memiliki anak lagi. Kata kunci : kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi, komplementer.   MIDWIFERY CARE FOR A 33 YEAR OLD MULTIGRAVIDA MRS “DP” FROM 20 WEEKS PREGNANCY 4 DAY TO 42 DAYS POST PARTUM Case Study Conducted Community Health Center Regional Technical Implementation Work Area Unit II East Denpasar District Health Service ABSTRACT Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided for early detection to prevent complications that can threaten the life of the mother and baby. The purpose of this report is to determine the results of care for mother 'DP' from 20 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum. Data collection techniques included interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Care provided during pregnancy was once in the first trimester, four times in the second trimester, and three times in the third trimester. Ultrasonography examinations were conducted twice in the first and third trimesters, whereas laboratory tests did not meet the standard because they were performed in the second and third trimesters. Standard midwifery services include the 12 T as well as prenatal yoga and brain booster stimulation. Labor occurred normally, with the second stage lasting 14 minutes, and there were no complications in the third and fourth stages. Care provided met the standards and included giving the mother oxytocin and endorphin massages to help her feel relaxed, ensure good contractions, and smooth breast milk flow. The baby was born healthy, with no abnormalities, a birth weight of 3300 grams, and a body length of 51 cm. The baby received complementary care in the form of baby massage before each bath. Postpartum care lasted normally up to 42 days, with care provided using the SPEOS method. The mother chose to use an IUD as a long-term contraceptive method because she no longer wants to have any more children. Key words: pregnancy, childbirth, post partum , baby, complemneter.
