Abstract

DUE TO DIABETEES MELLITUS TYPE II AT TABANAN HOSPITAL YEAR 2024 ABSTRACT Inefficient peripheral tissue perfusion in diabetes mellitus patients can cause frequent tingling, associated with decreased peripheral perfusion of nerve fibers. This study aims to find out how the application of Buerger Allen Exercise on peripheral perfusion is ineffective due to type II diabetes mellitus at Tabanan District Hospital. This research uses descriptive research in the form of an in-depth case study. The instruments used are assessment sheets, care, vascular Doppler, stethoscope, jelly, pillows and blankets/beds. In assessing the results found from patients in accordance with the limitations of the major and minor SDKI characteristics. The intervention is structured with SIKI and SLKI with the main intervention being circulation care, foot care supporting intervention which focuses on the treatment part by providing the Buerger Allen workout. Implementation of bleeding is carried out 3 x 24 hours with pre-planned planning. The results of this research showed that the ABI value was 0.86 mmHg before the training was carried out, after the BAE training the ABI value increased to 1.06 mmHg. So the Buerger Allen Exerise has a good effect on the ABI value as an indicator of the effectiveness of peripheral tissue perfusion in diabetes mellitus sufferers. IMPLEMNTASI BUERGER ALLEN EXERCISE PADA PERFUSI PERIFER TIDAK EFEKTIF AKIBAT DIABETES MELITUS TIPE II DI RSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2024 ABSTRAK Perfusi jaringan perifer yang tidak efisien pada pasien diabetes melitus ini dapat menyebabkan kesemutan yang sering, terkait dengan penurunan perfusi perifer serabut saraf. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Buerger Allen Exercise pada perfusi perifer tidak efektif Akibat diabetes melitus tipe II di RSUD Tabanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk studi kasus mendalam. Instrument yang digunakan berupa lembar pengkajian, asuhan keperawatan, vascular doppler, stetoskop, jelly, bantal dan selimut/ bed . Pada pengkajian hasil yang ditemukan dari pasien sesuai dengan batasan karakteristik mayor dan minor SDKI. Intervensi disusun dengan SIKI dan SLKI dengan intervensi utama perawatan sirkulasi, intervensi pendukung perawatan kaki yang difokuskan pada bagian terapeutik dengan pemberian latihan buerger allen exercise. Implementasi keperawatan dilakukan 3 x 24 jam dengan perencanaan yang telah direncanakan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai ABI 0,86 mmHg sebelum dilakukan latiahn, setelah dilakukan latiah BAE terdapat niali abi meningkat menjadi 1,06 mmHg. Sehingga Buereg Allen Exerise berpengaruh baik terhadap nilai ABI sebagai indikator keefektifan perfusi jaringan perifer pada pederita diabetes melitus.
