Abstract

THE RELATIONS CORRELATION BETWEEN FACTORS OF PREDISPOSITION AND MIDWIFERY SUPPORTS WITH ANTENATAL CARE SERVICE STANDARDS IN DENPASAR IN 2018 ABSTRACT The Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) in Indonesia from 2012 – 2015 is already decreasing, but still far from Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the year of 2016 which was 70 per 100,000 live births. This research aims to identify the predisposition factors which are knowledge, attitude, training, and the supporting factors which are the availability of medical/non-medical facilities for midwifery on antenatal care service standards in Denpasar in 2018. This research was using a type of quantitative research using cross sectional approach, the total samples are 50 respondents, and the intrumentsof this study using questionnaires and conducting interviews. This research using a total sampling by conducting series of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis was done using a spearman rank which obtained that the value of knowledge ρ-value= 0,001 (ρ=<0,05) and r =0,474 which means that there is a moderate correlation, attitude of the midwiferies value of r=0,020 and r= 0,327 which means a weak correlation, ANC trainings value of r= 0,000 and r= 0,670 which means a strong correlation, the medical/ non-medical facilities availability value of ρ-value = 0,000 and r = 0,753 which means a strong correlation. HUBUNGAN KORELASI ANTARA FAKTOR PREDISPOSISI DAN FAKTOR PENDUKUNG BIDAN DENGAN STANDAR PELAYANAN ANTENATAL DI KOTA DENPASAR TAHUN 2018 ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia pada tahun 2012- 2015 sudah mengalami penurunan, namun masih jauh dari target Sustainable Development Goals’s (SDG’s) tahun 2016 sebesar 70 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup (KH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor predisposisi yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, sikap, pelatihan dan faktor pendukung yang terdiri dari ketersediaan sarana medis/ non medis bidan tentang standar pelayanan antenatal di kota Denpasar tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dan jumlah sampel 50 responden dengan menggunakan total sampling, dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan melakukan wawancara. Hasil uji statistic menggunakan spearman rank diperoleh pengetahuan nilai ρ-value = 0,001 (ρ = < 0,05) dan r =0,474 yang berarti ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan stadar pelayanan ANC, dengan keeratan hubungan sedang, sikap bidan nilai ρ-value = 0,020 dan r = 0,327 dengan keeratan hubungan rendah, pelatihan ANC nilai ρ-value = 0,000 dan r = 0,670, dengan keeratan hubungan kuat, ketersediaan sarana medis/ non medis nilai ρ-value = 0,000 dan r = 0,753, dengan keeratan hubungan kuat.
