Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS DURING HYPERTENSION PATIENTS IN PENGAMBENGAN VILLAGE NEGARA DISTRICT JEMBRANA REGENCY ABSTRACT Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. Hypertension can cause insulin resistance which is the main cause of increased blood glucose, so that people who suffer from hypertension have a risk of suffering from DM, the purpose of this study was to determine the description of blood sugar levels in patients with hypertension in Pengambengan Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency. This researcher uses descriptive quantitative research that involves 38 respondents through purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted in February-May 2022. Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires and examination using the POCT easy touch GCU tool. The results of the study from 38 respondents showed that the highest value was 445 mg/dl, 26 respondents (68%) had blood sugar levels during the uncertain DM category, 4 (11%) respondents had blood sugar levels in the non-DM category, 8 people ( 21%) respondents had blood sugar levels during the DM category. The results of the study based on the age of 46-65 years there were 18 people (47.37%) who were categorized as uncertain DM, 20 people (52.63%) with female gender in the uncertain category of DM, 12 people (31.58%) respondents who moderate physical activity in the uncertain category of DM, and 14 people (36.84%) of respondents with hypertension degree 2 in the uncertain category of DM. GAMBARAN KADAR GULA DARAH SEWAKTU PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI DESA PENGAMBENGAN KECAMATAN NEGARA KABUPATEN JEMBRANA ABSTRAK Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolic lebih dari 90 mmHg. Hipertensi dapat menimbulkan resistensi insulin yang penyebab utama peningkatan glukosa darah, sehingga orang yang menderita hipertensi memiliki resiko menderita DM, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar gula darah sewaktu pada penderita hipertensi di Desa Pengambengan Kecamatan Negara Kabupaten Jembrana. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 38 responden melalui teknik sampling purspotive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari-Mei 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengiian kuisioner dan pemeriksaan menggunakan alat POCT eassy touch GCU. Hasil penelitian dari 38 responden menunjukkan nilai tertinggi yaitu 445 mg/dl, 26 orang (68%) responden memiliki kadar gula darah sewaktu kategori belum pasti DM, 4 orang (11%) responden memiliki kadar gula darah sewaktu kategori bukan DM, 8 orang (21%) responden memiliki kadar gula darah sewaktu kategori DM. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan usia 46-65 tahun terdapat 18 orang (47,37%) yang dikategorikan belum pasti DM, 20 orang (52,63%) dengan jenis kelamin perempuan kategori belum pasti DM, 12 orang (31,58%) responden yang beraktivitas fisik sedang dengan kategori belum pasti DM, dan 14 orang (36,84%) responden yang derajat hipertensi 2 kategori belum pasti DM.
