Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. ‘MW’ 32 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM 37 WEEK 1 DAYS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case study held at Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat area in 2018 ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are important indicators to describe the level of community welfare and utilization of available healthcare facilities. Maternal and Child Health Program (MCH) is an effort in the health sector concerning healthcare and care services of pregnant women, maternal mothers, postpartum and breastfeeding mothers, infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This report aims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care in pregnant women and their babies who receive upholding standards in a comprehensive and continuous manner from the third trimester to postpartum. This study uses case study method with data collection technique through the interview, examination, observation, and documentation. This upbringing is conducted from April to June 2018. Pregnancy midwifery begins from 37 weeks 1 days of pregnancy and lasts physiologically. Maternity midwifery care is done from the first stage to the fourth stage. The first stage lasts for 3 hours 30 minutes, the second stage for 5 minutes, the third stage lasts for 10 minutes, and monitoring the fourth stage within normal limits. The process of involution of the uterus, lochia, and lactation of the mother takes place physiologically. Growth and development of infants up to 42 days also take place physiologically. Keywords: midwifery care; pregnancy; labor; postpartum period; baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU ‘MW’ UMUR 32 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 37 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat Tahun 2018 ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan indikator penting untuk menggambarkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pemanfaatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang tersedia. Program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) adalah upaya di bidang kesehatan yang menyangkut pelayanan dan pemeliharaan kesehatan ibu hamil, ibu bersalin, ibu nifas dan menyusui, bayi, balita dan anak prasekolah. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu hamil beserta bayinya yang menerima asuhan sesuai standar secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan dari kehamilan trimester III sampai dengan masa nifas. Studi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Asuhan ini dilakukan mulai bulan Mei hingga Juni 2018. Asuhan kebidanan kehamilan dimulai dari umur kehamilan 37 minggu 1 hari dan berlangsung secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan persalinan dilakukan dari persalinan Kala I sampai IV. Kala I berlangsung selama 3 jam 30 menit, kala II selama 5 menit, kala III berlangsung selama 10 menit, dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Proses involusi uterus, lochea dan laktasi ibu berlangsung secara fisiologis. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi sampai berumur 42 hari juga berlangsung secara fisiologis.
