Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. “SR” 25 YEARS OLD, MULTIGARVIDA FROM 34 WEEKS 1 DAY OF PREGANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case Study Was Taken In The Work Area Of The UPTD Public Healt Abiansemal 1 In 2022 ABSTRACK The current COVID-19 pandemic has caused a decline in health services in Indonesia, this can increase the number of Maternal Mortality Rates (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rates (IMR) in Indonesia. The Maternal and Child Health Program (MCH) is one of the main priorities for health development in Indonesia. The program is responsible for health services for pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and neonatal. The writing of this report aims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care provided in accordance with the standards of comprehensive midwifery care to "SR" mothers aged 25 years multigravida from 34 weeks of gestation 1 day to 42 days of postpartum. Mother "SR" has not met the standard of pregnancy, namely the standard 10T and standard antenatal visits. Delivery at 37 weeks 4 days of gestation with standard without complications. The postpartum visit was carried out according to the standards of KF 1-4 where there were no disturbances or problems. The condition of the baby "SR" from birth, KN1-3 to 42 days is in good health. After 42 days of postpartum, mother "SR" decided to use the IUD contraceptive. The midwifery care applied to the "SR" mother can be concluded that during pregnancy, childbirth, the puerperium and neonates, it takes place according to standards and physiologically without any complications or complications. Keywords: Midwifery Care, Pregnancy, Labor, Postpartum and Baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “SR” UMUR 25 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 34 MINGGU 1 HARI SAMAPI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Abiansemal 1 Tahun 2022 ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 dewasa ini menyebabkan penurunan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan jumlah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesia. Program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) adalah salah satu prioritas utama pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia. Program tersebut bertanggung jawab terhadap pelayanan kesehatan bagi kehamilan, bersalin, nifas dan neonatal. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan standar asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada Ibu “SR” umur 25 tahun multigravida dari umur kehamilan 34 minggu 1 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Ibu “SR” belum sesuai standar kehamilan yaitu standar 10T dan standar kunjungan antenatal. Persalinan saat umur kehamilan 37 minggu 4 hari dengan standar tanpa komplikasi. Kunjungan nifas dilakukan sesuai dengan standar dari KF 1-4 dimana tidak terdapat gangguan atau masalah. Kondisi bayi Ibu”SR”dari lahir, KN1-3 sampai 42 hari dalam keadaan sehat. Setelah 42 hari masa nifas, ibu “SR” memutuskan untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD. Asuhan kebidanan yang diterapkan kepada Ibu “SR” dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, masa nifas dan neonatus berlangsung sesuai standar dan fisiologis tanpa adanya penyulit ataupun komplikasi.
