Abstract

ABSTRAK Fraktur adalah terputusnya kontinuitas tulang yang disebabkan oleh benturan atau tekanan yang kuat, melebihi kemampuan tulang untuk meredamnya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari rekam medik jumlah kasus fraktur di ruang Janger RSD Mangusada pada tahun 2021 berjumlah 1005 kasus dan 14 kasus pada bulan Januari-Maret 2022. Tujuan penyusunan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien yang mengalami fraktur tertutup setelah pemasangan ORIF dengan intervensi aromaterapi lemon di ruang Janger RSD Mangusada Badung. Metode penyusunan Karya Ilmiah ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan satu sampel. Tahap pengkajian didapatkan data pasien mengeluh nyeri, sulit memulai tidur, gelisah, meringis kesakitan. Diagnosis keperawatan prioritas yang diangkat adalah nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik ( prosedur operasi ). Perencanaan keperawatan disusun berdasarkan acuan standar Luaran keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI). Intervensi yang diberikan sesuai pedoman standar Intervensi keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI) yaitu meliputi semua intervensi utama dan intervensi inovatif dengan aromaterapi lemon. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian intervensi inovatif terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri. Pemberian intervensi inovasi aromaterapi lemon efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada pasien fraktur tertutup setelah ORIF sebagai tindakan mandiri perawat berbasis komplementer. Kata Kunci: Closed Fracture, Post ORIF, Nyeri akut, Aromaterapi ABSTRACT A fracture is a disconnection of bone continuity caused by a strong impact or pressure, exceeding the bone's ability to dampen it. Based on data obtained from medical records, the number of fracture cases in the Janger room of Mangusada Hospital in 2021 amounted to 1005 cases and 14 cases in January-March 2022. The purpose of the preparation of this Ners Final Scientific Work is to find out the nursing care of acute pain in patients who have closed fractures after the installation of ORIF with the intervention of lemon aromatherapy in the Janger room of Mangusada Badung Hospital. This method of preparing scientific papers is descriptive in the form of case studies with one sample. The assessment stage obtained data of patients complaining of pain, difficulty starting sleep, restlessness, grimacing pain. The priority nursing diagnosis raised is acute pain associated with a physical wounding agent (surgical procedure). Nursing planning is prepared based on indonesian nursing external standards (SLKI). The interventions provided in accordance with the standard guidelines of Indonesian Nursing Interventions (SIKI) include all major interventions and innovative interventions with lemon aromatherapy. The results of the evaluation showed that with the provision of innovative interventions there was a decrease in pain levels. The provision of innovative interventions of lemon aromatherapy is effective in lowering pain levels in closed fracture patients after ORIF as a complementary nurse-based independent action.
