Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs because the pancreas is unable to secrete insulin, impaired insulin action, or both. In Jembrana Regency, there were 6,097 cases of covid 19 with comorbid diabetes mellitus totaling 3,171 people. Recorded at RSU Negara Covid 19 patients with comorbid diabetes mellitus who are treated by more than 30 people every month. The purpose of this observation was to determine dietary compliance, blood glucose levels and oxygen saturation of patients with diabetes mellitus with a history of covid 19 after being hospitalized at the RSU Negara. This type of observation is a case study with a descriptive design. This observation was carried out for one month, from March to April. Data is presented with frequency table and cross table. Subjects of observation amounted to 16 people with the average age of the subject of observation is 50 - 64 years. Based on dietary compliance for energy consumption with sufficient category as many as 1 person (6%) while for carbohydrate consumption with sufficient category as many as 4 people (25%). Based on the results of blood glucose when the subjects had good blood glucose levels as many as 5 people (31%). Based on the results of normal oxygen saturation as many as 13 people (81%).
