Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI RUANG DAHLIA GARING RSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang di sebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium tuberkulosis. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada Tn.NM yang mengalami Tuberkulosis Paru meliputi pengkajian sampai evaluasi keperawatan dengan pemberian terapi inhalasi sederhana dengan daun mint di Ruang Dahlia Garing RSUD Tabanan Tahun 2022. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan deskriptif, pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 sampai 14 Maret 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data pengkajian pasien mengeluh sesak napas, batuk tidak efektif disertai sputum berlebih, terdapat suara napas tambahan ronkhi, pasien tampak gelisah, pola napas dan frekuensi napas berubah, RR:28x/menit, SaO2:88%. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan hipersekresi jalan napas. Rencana keperawatan meliputi tujuan dan kriteria hasil dengan luaran bersihan jalan napas meningkat, label intervensi keperawatan manajemen jalan napas dan latihan batuk efektif. Implementasi keperawatan memberikan terapi inovasi inhalasi sederhana dengan daun mint. Evaluasi keperawatan yang didapat setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam yaitu bersihan jalan napas meningkat. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pemberian inhalasi sederhana dengan daun mint mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, diharapkan pemberian inhalasi sederhana daun mint dilakukan secara rutin agar lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. NURSING CARE OF INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN PATIENT WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN THE DAHLIA GARING INPATIENT ROOM AT REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL TABANAN IN 2022 ABSTRACK Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by infection with the mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. The purpose of this scientific work to describe ineffective airway clearance nursing care in Mr. NM who has Pulmonary Tuberculosis includes assessment to evaluation of nursing by providing simple inhalation therapy with mint leaves in the Dahlia Garing Inpatient Room, Regional General Hospital Tabanan in 2022. The research used a descriptive design, a case study approach conducted on March 11 to 14, 2022. The results showed that patient assessment data complained of shortness of breath, coughing ineffectively accompanied by excess sputum, there was an additional breath sound, the patient appeared agitated, breathing patterns and breathing frequency changed, RR: 28x / minute, SaO2: 88%. The nursing diagnosis is ineffective airway clearance in relation to hyper-secretion of the airway. The nursing plan includes goals and outcome criteria with increased airway clearance output, airway management nursing intervention labels and effective cough exercises. The implementation of nursing provides simple inhalation innovation therapy with mint leaves. Nursing evaluation obtained after nursing care for 3x24 hours, namely airway clearance increased. In conclusion from this study, giving simple inhalation with mint leaves is able to overcome ineffective airway clearance, it is hoped that simple inhalation of mint leaves is carried out routinely to be more effective in overcoming the problem of ineffective airway clearance.
