Abstract

GAMBARAN PERILAKU PERTOLONGAN KESEHATAN PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI DESA PADANGSAMBIAN KELOD ABSTRAK Hipertensi atau yang dikenal dengan nama penyakit darah tinggi adalah suatu keadaan ketika terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah di atas ambang batas normal yaitu 120/80 mmHg. Penderita hipertensi akan mencari pertolongan kesehatan setelah penderita merasakan gejala atau tanda-tanda dari penyakit yang dideritanya untuk masalah kesehatan atau bahkan mereka tidak melakukan pertolongan kesehatan. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku pertolongan kesehatan pada penderita hipertensi di Desa Padangsambian Kelod tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain kuantitatif di Desa Padangsambian Kelod Tahun 2022 sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil: di Desa Padangsambian Kelod memiliki katagori perilaku pertolongan kesehatan baik, serta ditemukan responden rata-rata usia terbanyak yang menderita hipertensi 16 orang (53,3%) dengan umur > 50 tahun dengan mayarotis berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 15 orang (50%), pendidikan sekolah tinggi sebanyak 19 orang (63,3%), dan ditemukan responden yang bertekanan darah masuk kedalam katagori hipertensi tingkat 1 sebanyak 22 orang (73,3%) dengan tekanan darah hipertensi tingkat 1. Kesimpulan : penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku pertolongan kesehatan pada penderita hipertensi di Desa Padangsambian Kelod adalah baik. Diharpkan kepada subjek penelitian mampu menjalankan semua peran formal ataupun informal dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Perilaku pertolongan kesehatan, hipertensi, penderita DESCRIPTION HEALTHY SEEKING BEHAVIOR IN HYPERTENSION PATIENTS IN PADANGSAMBIAN KELOD ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension or known as high blood pressure is a condition when there is an increase in blood pressure above the normal threshold of 120/80 mmHg. Patients with hypertension will seek medical help after the sufferer feels the symptoms or signs of the disease he is suffering for health problems or even they do not do health assistance. Objective: This study aims to describe the behavior of health assistance in patients with hypertension in Padangsambian Kelod Village in 2022. Methods: This study used a descriptive type of research with a quantitative design in Padangsambian Kelod Village in 2022 as many as 30 respondents. Results: Padangsambian Kelod Village has a good health care behavior category, and it was found that the average age of respondents who suffered from hypertension was 16 people (53.3%) with an age > 50 years with a female majororis as many as 15 people (50%), high school education as many as 19 people (63.3%), and it was found that respondents who had blood pressure into the category of hypertension level 1 were 22 people (73.3%) with level 1 hypertension blood pressure. Conclusion: this study shows that the behavior of health care in patients with hypertension in the village of Padangsambian Kelod is good.
