Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF MANAGEMENT INEFFECTIVE AIRWAYS CLEARSNCE IN CLIENT PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS AT RSU NEGARA IN 2022 ABSTRACT The cause of pulmonary Tuberculosis is Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Nursing problems that often arise in pulmonary tuberculosis patients are ineffective airway clearance. Management of ineffective airway clearance is needed to help reduce symptoms caused by the health problems of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Negara General Hospital in 2022. The method used in this study was a descriptive method with an observational research design and a quantitative approach. The study was conducted in March-April 2022 with a purposive sampling technique of 33 samples. The results of the study showed that the most age was 45-55 years as many as 10 people (30.3%) and male sex was the most experienced group of pulmonary tuberculosis with ineffective airway clearance as many as 22 people (66.7%) with observations of the research subjects on the most effective coughing exercise intervention were 20 people (60.6%) in the very good category, the results of the airway management intervention were at most 17 people (51.5%) in the enough category, and the respiratory monitoring intervention was at most a number of 19 people (57.6%) with good category. Nurses are expected to be able to do complete nursing documentation, especially in the implementation of nursing which refers to nursing interventions. Keywords: pulmonary tuberculosis, management of ineffective airway clearance, nursing intervension GAMBARAN PENGELOLAAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI RSU NEGARA TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Penyebab Tuberkulosis paru adalah Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Masalah keperawatan yang sering muncul pada pasien tuberkulosis paru adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Pengelolaan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif diperlukan untuk membantu mengurangi gejala yang ditimbulkan dari masalah kesehatan pasien tuberkulosis peru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengambarkan pengelolaan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien tuberkulosis paru di RSU Negara tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan desain penelitian observasional dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2022 dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 33 sampel. Didapatkan hasil penelitian usia terbanyak adalah 45-55 th sebanyak 10 orang (30,3%) dan jenis kelamin laki-laki menjadi kelompok terbanyak mengalami tuberkulosis paru dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif sebanyak 22 orang (66,7%) dengan hasil pengamatan terhadap subjek penelitian pada intervensi latihan batuk efektif paling banyak sejumlah 20 orang (60,6%) dengan kategori sangat baik, hasil intervensi manajemen jalan napas paling banyak sejumlah 17 orang (51,5%) dengan kategori cukup, dan intervensi pemantauan respirasi paling banyak sejumlah 19 orang (57,6%) dengan kategori baik. Diharapkan perawat dapat melakukan pendokumentasian keperawatan secara lengkap khususnya dalam implementasi keperawatan yang mengacu pada intervensi keperawatan.
