Abstract

RISK DESCRIPTION OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR IN SCHIZOPHRENIC PATIENTS IN UPTD RSJ DINKES BALI PROVINCE YEAR 2022 ABSTRACT A preliminary study in 2022 conducted at the UPTD RSJ Dinkes Bali Province contained a risk of violent behavior as many as 2,100 patients and experiencing schizophrenia as many as 9,433 patients. This study aims to illustrate the Risk of Violent Behavior in Schizophrenic Patients at the UPTD RSJ Bali Provincial Health Office in 2022. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with a cross-sectional approach through purposive sampling techniques. Large sample of 32 people . The results of the study of respondents were on average aged 36-45 years with a total of 12 people (37.5%), with a male gender with a total of 20 people (62.5%), with a type of unemployed work / IRT with a total of 30 people (93.8%) and a type of basic education with a total of 22 (68.8%). The risk category of violent behavior obtained is the risk of intensive violent behavior I as many as 1 person (3.1%), intensive II as many as 30 people (93.8%) and Intensive II as many as 1 person (3.1%). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the risk of violent behavior in schizophrenic patients as many as 30 people (93.8%) are in the intensive category II, at the age of 36-45 years as many as 12 people (37.5%), sex in men as many as 20 people (62.5%) , types of work do not work as many as 30 people (93.8%), and in the type of education as many as 22 people (68.8%). Keywords: Schizophrenia, Risk of Violent Behavior with RUFA GAMBARAN RISIKO PERILAKU KEKERASAN PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI UPTD RSJ DINKES PROVINSI BALI TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Studi pendahuluan tahun 2022 yang dilakukan di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali terdapat risiko perilaku kekerasan sebanyak 2.100 pasien dan mengalami skizofrenia sebanyak 9.433 pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Risiko Perilaku Kekerasan pada Pasien Skizofrenia di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional melalui teknik purposive sampling. Besar sampel 32 orang . Hasil penelitian responden rata-ra usia 36-45 tahun dengan jumlah 12 orang (37.5%), dengan berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan jumlah 20 orang (62.5%),dengan jenis pekerjaan tidak bekerja/IRT dengan jumlah 30 orang (93.8%) dan jenis pendidikan Dasar dengan jumlah 22 (68.8%). Kategori risiko perilaku kekerasan yang di peroleh yaitu risiko perilaku kekerasan intensif I sebanyak 1 orang (3.1%), intensif II sebanyak 30 orang (93.8%) dan Intensif II sebanyak 1 orang (3.1%) . Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa risiko perilaku kekerasan pada pasien skizofrenia sebanyak 30 orang (93.8%) berada di kategori intensif II, pada usia 36-45 tahun sebanyak 12 orang (37.5%), jenis kelamin pada laki-laki sebanyak 20 orang (62.5%) , jenis pekerjaan tidak bekerja sebanyak 30 orang (93.8%), dan pada jenis pendidikan sebanyak 22 orang (68.8%).
