Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF PREGNANT WOMEN’S BEHAVIOR ABOUT TETANUS TOXOID IMMUNIZATION AT MARGA II PUPLIC HEALTH CENTER Health behavior is defined as a person’s response to stimuli related to health and illness.The behavior of pregnant women is a response from pregnant women to stimuli related to themselves in a state of health or illness. For example, in good condition when there is an external stimulus, pregnant women are required to be immunized with tetanus toxoid to prevent tetanus in the marternal and neonatrum. Data on the coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women in Indonesia is only 15.8%, very far from the nationally set target of 90% and 80% for districts/cities, but in fact Bali only reaches 45.4% and at the Marga II Puplic Health Center it only reaches 77.9%. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of pregnant women in administering tetanus toxoid immunization. This research was conducted quantitatively with an observational descriptive design through a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 64 people. The sampling technique is total sampling, The measuring instrument used is a google form-based questionnaire, the results of the research on the behavior of pregnant women were obtained from 64 respondents as many as 24 people (37.5,%) had a low level of knowledge, as many as 30 people (90.91%) from primigravida status had a negative attitude while the majority of pregnant women with multigravida status had a positive attitude, namely 17 people (54.84%) had a positive attitude. A total of 23 people (13.84%) had not carried out TT immunization so that the coverage of TT immunization at the Marga II Public Health Center decreased from 2018 which is 13.84%, the data in 2018 was 77.9% and the research results only reached 64.06%. Keywords : TT immunization, behavior, pregnant women GAMBARAN PERILAKU IBU HAMIL TENTANG IMUNISASI TETANUS TOXOID DI PUSKESMAS MARGA II Perilaku kesehatan diartikan sebagai respon seseorang terhadap stimulus yang berkaitan dengan sehat-sakit. Perilaku ibu hamil merupakan respon dari ibu hamil terhadap stimulus yang berkaitan dengan dirinya dalam keadaan sehat maupun sakit, seperti dalam keadaan sehat adanya stimulus dari luar mengenai ibu hamil diwajibkan diimunisasi tetanus toxoid untuk mencegah penyakit tetanus pada ibu dan janin. Data cakupan imunisasi tetanus toxoid pada ibu hamil di Indonesia hanya sebesar 15,8% sangat jauh dari target yang ditetapkan yakni secara nasional 90% dan untuk kabupaten/kota 80%, namun pada kenyataan nya Bali hanya mencapai 45,4% dan di Puskesmas Marga II hanya mencapai 77,9%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku ibu hamil dalam pemberian imunisasi tetanus toxoid. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif observasional melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 64 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berbasis google form, hasil penelitian perilaku ibu hamil didapatkan dari 64 responden sebanyak 24 orang (37,5,%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang, sebanyak 30 orang (90,91%) dari status primigravida memiliki sikap negatif sedangkan pada ibu hamil dengan status multigravida sebagian besar memiliki sikap positif yakni sebanyak 17 orang (54,84%) memiliki sikap positif.Sebanyak 23 orang (13,84%) belum melaksanakan imunisasi TT sehingga cakupan imunisasi TT di Puskesmas Marga II menurun dari tahun 2018 yaitu sebesar 13,84%, data pada tahun 2018 sebesar 77,9% dan pada hasil penelitian hanya mencapai 64,06%.
