Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGELOLAAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PNEUMONIA DI RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Pneumonia merupakan penyakit peradangan pada parenkim paru yang menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernapasan bawah disertai dengan sesak napas dan batuk yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme seperti bakteri, virus, parasit, jamur, mycoplasma (fungi), dan aspirasi substansi asing, berupa radang paru-paru yang disertai eksudasi dan konsolidasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan karakteristik dan mengidentifikasi tindakan observasi, terapeutik, edukasi, kolaborasi pasien pneumonia yang mengalami bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di RSD Mangusada Badung. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah 44 sampel dilakukan mulai dari bulan Maret-April 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak (63,6%), responden berdasarkan usia 35-54 tahun sebanyak (50%), tindakan keperawatan komponen observasi memonitor saturasi oksigen yang dilakukan hingga (84,1%), komponen terapeutik dengan mengatur posisi semi fowler yang dilakukan hingga (90,9%), komponen edukasi dengan informasikan hasil pemantauan yang dilakukan hingga (86,3%), komponen kolaborasi dengan pemberian mukolitik atau ekspektora yang dilakukan hingga (70,4%). Kata Kunci : Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif, Pneumonia DESCRIPTION OF INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE MANAGEMENT IN PNEUMONIA PATIENTS AT MANGUSADA HOSPITAL BADUNG IN 2022 ABSTRACT Pneumonia is an inflammatory disease of the lung parenchyma that causes lower respiratory tract infections accompanied by shortness of breath and cough caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi, mycoplasma (fungi), and aspiration of foreign substances, in the form of pneumonia accompanied by exudation. and consolidation. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics and identify the actions of observation, therapy, education, collaboration of pneumonia patients who experienced ineffective airway clearance at the Mangusada Hospital, Badung. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach with a total of 44 samples conducted from March to April 2022. This study uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The results of this study were female respondents (63.6%), respondents based on the age of 35-54 years (50%), nursing action component observation monitoring oxygen saturation carried out up to (84.1%), therapeutic component with adjusting the semi-Fowler's position which was carried out up to (90.9%), the educational component by informing the results of the monitoring carried out up to (86.3%), the collaboration component by administering mucolytics or expectora which was carried out up to (70.4%).
