Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT PADA ANAK YANG MENGALAMI POST OPERATIF LAPARATOMI ILEUS OBSRUKTIF DI RUANG HCU RSD MANGUSADA TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Ileus obstruktif adalah suatu keadaan isi lumen saluran cerna tidak dapat disalurkan ke distal karena adanya sumbatan atau hambatan mekanik yang disebabkan kelainan pada usus, penanganan ileus obstruktif dapat dilakukan dengan prosedur pembedahan. Nyeri menjadi gejala khas yang muncul pada post operatif ileus obstruktif penanganan adapat dilakukan dengan manajemen nyeri melalui terapi farmakologis dan non farmakologis. Terapi non farmakologis dapat dilakukan dengan teknik distraksi menonton video kartun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada anak yang mengalami post operatif laparatomi ileus obsruktif di Ruang HCU RSD Mangusada tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data mayor dan minor pada pasien meliputi pasien mengeluh nyeri, tampak meringgis, bersikap protektif, gelisah, diaphoresis dan nafsu makan berubah. Diagnosis keperawatan berdasarkan hasil pengkajian pada pasien adalah nyeri akut, intervensi dibuat dengan luaran tingkat nyeri menurun. Tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu pemberian teknik distraksi menonton video kartun. Evaluasi yang didapatkan setelah diberikan asuhan keperawatan yaitu tingkat nyeri pasien menurun. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu teknik distraksi menonton video kartun dapat menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien anak yang mengalami post laparatomi ileus obstruktif. Kata kunci : nyeri akut, ileus obstruktif, anak NURSING CARE OF ACUTE PAIN IN CHILDREN WHO HAVE POST OPERATIVE OBSRUCTIF LAPARATOMY ILEUS IN HCU ROOM MANGUSADA GENERAL HOSPITAL IN 2022 ABSTRACT Obstructive ileus is a condition in which the contents of the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract cannot be channeled distally due to a blockage or mechanical obstruction caused by abnormalities in the intestine, obstructive ileus can be treated with a surgical procedure. Pain is a typical symptom that appears in postoperative obstructive ileus, treatment can be done with pain management through pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Non-pharmacological therapy can be done with the distraction technique of watching cartoon videos. The purpose of this study was to analyze acute pain nursing care for children who experienced postoperative obstructive ileus laparotomy in the HCU room at Mangusada Hospital in 2022. The results showed that major and minor data on patient, included patient complaining of pain, grimacing, being protective restless, diaphoresis, and appetite changes. The nursing diagnosis based on the results of the assessment in patient was acute pain, the intervention was made with a decreased pain level. The action taken was giving distraction techniques to watch cartoon videos. The evaluation that was obtained after being given nursing care was that the patient's pain level decreased. The conclusion of this study is that the distraction technique of watching cartoon videos can reduce the pain scale in pediatric patient who experience obstructive ileus laparotomy.
