Abstract

GAMBARAN KEMATIAN IBU DI KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN 2016-2020 ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan layanan suatu negara. Salah satu target Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) 3 / Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) pada tahun 2030 adalah untuk mengurangi rasio kematian ibu bersalin global menjadi kurang dari 70 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Kabupaten Buleleng merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Bali yang memiliki kasus kematian ibu terbanyak dalam lima tahun terakhir secara berturut-turut, yaitu sebanyak 47 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kematian ibu di Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh kasus kematian ibu di Kabupaten Buleleng dari tahun 2016-2020 yaitu sebanyak 47 kasus. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan dari rekap kematian ibu yang diambil dari pencatatan data OVM (Otopsi Verbal Maternal) tahun 2016-2020 di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Buleleng. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tentang gambaran kematian ibu di kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2016-2020 berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan terbanyak pada tingkat pendidikan menengah (53,2%), pekerjaan terbanyak pada Ibu rumah tangga(66%), umur terbanyak 20-35 tahun (74,5%), jumlah paritas terbanyak <2-4 (78,8%), status marital terbanyak yaitu kawin (80,9%), kasus anemia (44,7%), penyebab kematian non obstetri terbanyak penyakit jantung (32,1%) sedangkan penyebab obstetri terbanyak Pre Eklamsia / Eklamsia sebanyak (52,6%), jarak tempuh jauh > 19 km (63,8%) dan kualitas layanan tidak sesuai standar (61,7%). Kata Kunci : Kematian Ibu, Kabupaten Buleleng, 2016-2020 ESCRIPTION OF MOTHER DEATH IN BULELENG REGENCY 2016-2020 ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator of the success of a country's services. One of the targets of Sustainable Development Goals (TPB) 3 / Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 is to reduce the global maternal mortality ratio to less than 70 per 100,000 live births. Buleleng Regency is one of the regencies in Bali Province which has the most cases of maternal death in the last five years in a row, which is 47 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of maternal mortality in Buleleng Regency in 2016-2020. The type of research used is descriptive research withmethod cross sectional. The sample of this study was all cases of maternal death in Buleleng Regency from 2016-2020, which were 47 cases. The data collected is secondary data obtained from the recap of maternal deaths taken from recording OVM (Verbal Maternal Autopsy) data for 2016-2020 at the Buleleng District Health Office. The results of this study show the description of maternal mortality in Buleleng district in 2016-2020 based on the highest level of education at the secondary education level (53.2%), occupation of housewives (66%), age 20-35 years (74.5%) , parity <2-4 (78.8%), marital status (80.9%), anemia cases (44.7%), non-obstetric cause of death heart disease (32.1%) while the cause of obstetric pre-eclampsia / Eclampsia (52.6%), long distance travel > 19 km (63.8%) and service quality not up to standard (61.7%).
