Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP OF ANEMIA WITH PREMATURE RUPTURE OF MEMBRANES IN UPTD PUSKESMAS KUTA I ABSTRACT Premature rupture of membranes is the discharge of fluid from the birth canal before the delivery process. One of the causes of premature rupture of membranes is anemia. This study aims to determine the description of the incidence of premature rupture of membranes based on a history of anemia in pregnant women at the UPTD Puskesmas Kuta I. The research design is descriptive, determination of sample size using probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method, number of samples 53 from a population of 110 maternity mothers. The data used are secondary data by looking at the medical record (RM) of the patient's status using a checklist and analyzed using univariate analysis. The results showed that the incidence of KPD was parity 2 aged (20-35 years) as many as 17 (32.1%), in anemia as many as 30 (56.61%), most of the parity multiparous mothers 44 (83.02), and all term pregnancy. The conclusion is that the incidence of KPD and anemia occurs in the multiparous group between the ages of (20-35 years), it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, can provide good ANC services, provide KIE books and counseling about the importance of taking blood booster tablets, so that the incidence of anemia and KPD rates can be reduced. Keywords: anemia, premature rupture of membranes GAMBARAN KEJADIAN KETUBAN PECAH BERDASARKAN RIWAYAT ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL DI UPTD PUSKESMAS KUTA I ABSTRAK Ketuban pecah dini adalah keluarnya cairan dari jalan lahir sebelum proses persalinan. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya ketuban pacah dini adalah anemia, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian ketuban pecah dini berdasarkan berdasarkan riwayat anemia pada ibu hamil di UPTD Puskesmas Kuta I. Desain penelitian Deskriptif, penentuan besar sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling, jumlah sampel 53 dari populasi 110 ibu bersalin. Data yang digunakan data sekunder dengan cara melihat status pasien dari rekam medik (RM) dengan menggunakan lembar ceklis dan dianalisa menggunakan Analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian KPD adalah multipara berusia (20-35 tahun) sebanyak 17 (32,1%), pada anemia sebanyak 30 (56,61%), sebagian besar ibu berparitas multipara 44 (83,02), dan semua kehamilan aterm. Kesimpulan bahwa angka kejadian KPD dan anemia terjadi pada kelompok multipara antara umur (20-35 tahun), diharapkan petugas kesehatan terutama bidan dapat memberikan pelayanan ANC dengan baik, seperti memberikan KIE dan konseling pada ibu tentang pentingnya meminum obat tablet tambah darah, sehingga angka kejadian anemia dan angka KPD dapat ditekan.
