Abstract

SATISFACTION OF POLTEKKES DENPASAR STUDENTS ON PRODUCT QUALITY AND SERVICE QUALITY OF BALINESE TRADITIONAL RESTAURANT ABSTRACT Consumer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing the performance he/she feels with expectations. Consumer satisfactions is a top priority, so that food organizers need to assess what factors will affect consumer satisfaction and wheter customer satisfaction has been fulfilled. In assessing these factors, there are attributes of product and service quality (Kotler & Kl, 2005). The type of research is descriptive observational using a questionnaire in the google form. The design of study is cross sectional. The sample were students in final semester of Poltekkes Denpasar from six department (Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Laboratory Technology, Dental Health, and Evironmental Health) who met the criteria of having been consumers of traditional Balinese restaurant and were wiling to become respondents. Based on the 90 samples, that the average satisfaction with product quality was 4.2 with the satisfied category. While the average satisfaction with the quality of service is 3.8 with the category satisfied. After the crosstab test, the results showed that product quality was more likely to provide satisfaction than service quality.
