Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER “PA” 23 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDAFORM 29 WEEKS SIX DAYS OF P REGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSY PASRTUM Cace studies were conducted in the working area of the Health center ini Negara ABSTRACT Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is an indicator to see the success of public health status. Midwives as providers of midwifery care have a strategic position to play a role in efforts to reduce MMR and IMR. In carrying out midwifery practices, midwives have the authority to provide maternal health services, child health services, and women's reproductive health services and family planning. This final project report aims to explain the application of midwifery care to “PA” mothers aged 23 years from 29 weeks of gestation 6 days to 42 days of the postpartum period. The results of midwifery care take place physiologically, this can be seen from a healthy pregnancy period, the problems experienced by mothers during pregnancy are within physiological limits. Good fetal well-being is characterized by a normal heart rate and active movement. Mothers give birth at 40 weeks of gestation through normal delivery. The puerperal condition includes the involution process running well, lochea excretion within normal limits and the lactation process running smoothly. The baby "PA" mother was born with a healthy condition, active movement and strong crying. This final project report is expected to provide an overview and information about the implementation of sustainable midwifery care so that it can help maternal and child health programs.
