Abstract

Midwifery Care on Mrs. “LA” 28 Year Old Multugravida from 30 Weeks and Five Day Pregnancy until 42 Days Postpartum Case Take Placed of Work Area of Puskesmas Gerokgak I Buleleng Regency in 2021 ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are indicators of public health status and utilization of available service facilities. Midwifery care that is given from gestational age, labor, until the childbirth period is a way to decrease MMR and IMR. This final report is informing about antenatal care that was given to a mother from 30 weeks and five day gestational age until the end of her childbirth period. The method used in this case study are primary and secondary data from the results of interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation from the book of Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA). The antenatal care conducted from January 2021 to April 2021. The result of the undertaken antenatal care was normal. The result of the undertaken childbirth care from stage I to stage IV was normal. The result of the childbirth was normal. The growing and development of infants from birth to 42 days of age was normal. Conclusions of midwifery care results from 30 weeks and five day of gestation until the end of the childbirth period shows that physiologically, both the baby and the mother are healthy. Midwives are expected to provide care in accordance with the authority and standards of midwifery services in a comprehensive and sustainable manner so can reduce MMR and IMR Keywords: pregnancy, delivery, newborn, postpartum, infant
