Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are indicators of health status in an area and are one of the components of the development index and quality of life index. This final report aims to determine the results of care given to “DP” mothers from 35 weeks 3 days of gestation, delivery, postpartum period, and newborns who are given care according to standards. The research method used is a case report with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations, documentation taken from the mother's KIA book and from the patient's medical records during hospitalization, starting from February to April. During pregnancy the condition of the mother and fetus is pathological with indications for oligohydramnios. Maternal delivery with “DP” progressed pathologically by CS with indications of oligohydramnios and failed misoprostol induction. The puerperal period is pathological, the condition of the mother is healthy. Babies are cared for from a body weight of 3,900 grams to 4,100 grams. The care provided is in accordance with the authority and standards of midwifery services. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that maternal obstetric care "DP" from pregnancy to childbirth is pathological and newborns are physiological. The author advises midwives to continue to provide midwifery care according to standards for pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, and infants.
