Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “A” 22 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM THE AGE OF 30 WEEKS 4 DAYS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM The case study was carried out in the work area of the Karangasem Health Center Regional Technical Implemention Unit I in 2021 ABSTRACT Maternal mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate was the problem in Indonesia. The care that given from pregnancy, labor, postpartum and newborn baby were one of the ways to decrease MMR and IMR because in that processess can be pathologic. Midwife is one of the health workers who become a partner for the woman duringher lifetime. This is what underlies the authors to compile this case report which aims to determine the results of the application of midwifery care to pregnant women from the third trimester of pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and newborn baby. The method used is the technique of collecting data through direct interviews and through social media, through examination, observation, and documentation. In this case the authors provide care for Mrs. “A” 22 years old, when mother age pregnancy was 40 weeks, she was diagnosed oligohydramnions. The labor process was sectio caesarea because there was lack of fetal membranes and fetal distress. When peurperium wasn’t found danger sign on mother. The involution of the uterus, expulsion of the lochea, lactation process untul 42 days was normal. The devolopment of the baby from newborn until 42 days physiologic. After giving to midwifery care for Mrs. “A”, midwives were expented to provide midwwifery care according to the standard so that can prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, labor, peurperium and baby.
