Abstract
DESCRIPTION CALCIUM AND PHOSPHORUS INTAKE OF OUTPATIENTS CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASES WITH HEMODIALYSIS AND NON HEMODIALYSIS IN THE RSUD BADUNG MANGUSADA ABSTRACT Chronic Kidney Disease is a structural or functional renal impairment characterized by a decrease in glomerular filtration rate of less than 60mL / minute / 1.73m2 lasting more than three months. Chronic Kidney Disease is the cause of death of the 27th rank in the world in 1990 and increased to the order of 18 in 2010. This study aims to determine the description of calcium and phosphorus intake in patients with chronic kidney outpatients who undergo hemodialysis and non hemodialysis in the RSUD Badung Mangusada. This research is an observational research with crossectional design using consecutive sampling method. The number of samples studied were 42 samples, consist of 21 samples of patients with chronic renal failure with hemodialysis and 21 samples of patients with non-hemodialysis chronic renal failure. From the results of research that has been done, as much as 23.8% of patients with non-HD chronic renal failure have adequate calcium intake and 76.2% less, while the phosphorus intake of patients with chronic non-HD renal failure 4.8% has adequate phosphorus intake and 95.2 % less. All patients with chronic renal failure who underwent HD 100% had less calcium and phosphorus intake. Keywords : Chronic Kidney Diseases,hemodyalisis, calcium, phosporius, GAMBARAN ASUPAN KALSIUM DAN FOSFOR PADA PENDERITA GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK RAWAT JALAN YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISA DAN NON HEMODIALISA DI RSUD BADUNG MANGUSADA ABSTRACT Penyakit gagal ginjal kronik adalah adanya kerusakan struktural atau fungsional ginjal yang ditandai dengan terjadinya penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus kurang dari 60mL/menit/1,73m2 yang berlangsung lebih dari tiga bulan. Penyakit Ginjal Kronik merupakan penyebab kematian peringkat ke-27 di dunia tahun 1990 dan meningkat menjadi urutan ke-18 pada tahun 2010. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan kalsium dan fosfor pada penderita gagal ginjal kronik rawat jalan yang menjalani hemodialisa dan non hemodialisa di RSUD Badung Mangusada.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan crossectional menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 42 sampel, terdiri dari 21 sampel penderita gagal ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisa dan 21 sampel penderita gagal ginjal kronik non hemodialisa. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sebesar 23,8% penderita gagal ginjal kronik non HD memiliki asupan kalsium cukup dan 76,2% kurang, sedangkan asupan fosfor penderita gagal ginjal kronik non HD 4,8% memiliki asupan fosfor cukup dan 95,2% kurang. Seluruh penderita gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani HD 100% memiliki asupan kalsium dan fosfor yang kurang. Kata kunci : gagal ginjal kronik, hemodialisa, kalsium, fosfor
